When disclosing information provided to this office, the Public Services Ombudsman for Wales must ensure compliance with the requirements of our governing legislation, namely the Public Services Ombudsman (Wales) Act 2005 [PSOW Act]. Information obtained by this office must not be disclosed unless one or more of the limited purposes set out in section 26 of the PSOW Act apply.
