They shatl come into force on the dateof their publicationin the Official Gazette. t2) in the lndian Railways (open Lines) GeneralRules, 1976,in rule 3.36, in sub-rule(2),(A) in clause(a), after the word "emergency",the words 'to avert an accident' shall be inserted: (B)
