Re-Registration for School Year 2016/17 All Ramstein Complex Schools!

When: March 28 – April 1 From: 0800 – 1500 Where: KMCC Food Court (Party Room)

All four schools and the bus office will be there to accept registration forms.

What should YOU Bring?

If you go to RMS we are unable to accept registration forms for any of the other schools or the bus office.

 Proof of Physical address: utility bill, junk mail with name on address label, water bill, TKS bill)  Any extension orders (if applicable)  Updated immunizations (if applicable)  Bus registration form (if applicable) All currently enrolled students returning for SY 16-17 MUST re-register.

Any other time Re-registration can be completed at RMS Monday-Friday 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Documents at KMCC or school to complete:  DoDEA Form 600 -- update phone number and emergency contacts, sign and date  Returning Health Form Questionnaire -answer 3 short questions (yes or no), sign and date
