EN Rotary’s regional leaders — regional Rotary Foundation coordinators (RRFCs), Rotary coordinators (RCs), Rotary public image coordinators (RPICs), and endowment/major gifts advisers (E/MGAs) — use their knowledge of the organization and their professional skills to support and strengthen clubs, to focus and foster Rotary’s humanitarian service, and to enhance our public image. Regional leaders work through districts to connect Rotarians with resources that support Rotary’s goals and deepen its impact in communities locally and around the world. They also serve as trainers and facilitators at Rotary institutes, governors-elect training seminars, regional meetings, district seminars, and other training. Appointed by the RI president or The Rotary Foundation trustee chair, regional leaders serve a three-year term, subject to renewal annually. They are critical to Rotary’s success in meeting its goals. There are 41 Rotary regions, each with its four-member team that works in collaboration with an RI director to coordinate and support regional strategies. Directors are encouraged to conduct planning meetings for their regional leaders and to include one or more Foundation trustees as a key resource.

REGIONAL ROTARY FOUNDATION COORDINATORS RRFCs support and promote the Foundation’s grants and grants management activities and its fundraising for programs including PolioPlus and the Rotary Peace Centers. They: Encourage Rotarians to support PolioPlus, Rotary’s highest-priority program Support clubs and districts in their fundraising, especially for Rotary’s Annual Fund Educate clubs and districts about Rotary grants Conduct regional Rotary Foundation seminars to educate members about Foundation opportunities and impactdation seminars to educate members about Foundation opportunities and impact

ROTARY COORDINATORS RCs offer support and practical strategies, tailored to their particular region, to increase membership and keep members engaged. They: Encourage innovative strategies for attracting and engaging members Emphasize member engagement by encouraging Rotarians to participate in well-planned volunteer and networking activities Strengthen clubs by identifying and sharing best practices with club and district leaders Help districts and clubs develop and implement strategic plans to reach their goals

ROTARY PUBLIC IMAGE COORDINATORS RPICs have expertise in public relations, journalism, and communications, which they pair with their Rotary experience to: Increase public awareness of Rotary and its humanitarian work Teach club and district leaders how to effectively share Rotary’s stories with the community, the media, local civic and government leaders, and nongovernmental organizations Regionalize Rotary’s public image efforts to enhance local awareness Provide training in the use of visuals and other resources to effectively convey Rotary’s stories

ENDOWMENT/MAJOR GIFTS ADVISERS E/MGAs are a key resource for developing major gifts and the Endowment Fund. In collaboration with the Foundation’s Fund Development Committee, they: Work closely with district and other leaders to develop personalized plans for identifying, cultivating, and soliciting major gifts in the region Promote major giving opportunities with Rotarians and other prospects Help facilitate events that recognize current Foundation supporters and develop prospective donors

ES Los líderes regionales, es decir, los coordinadores de Rotary (CR), los coordinadores regionales de La Fundación Rotaria (CRFR), los coordinadores de la imagen pública de Rotary (CIPR) y los asesores del Fondo de Dotación y Donaciones Extraordinarias (AFD/DE), utilizan su experiencia y conocimientos para apoyar y fortalecer a los clubes, contribuir al enfoque en el servicio humanitario y fomentar la imagen pública de Rotary. Los líderes regionales trabajan en estrecha colaboración con los distritos para conectar a los rotarios con recursos destinados a apoyar las metas de Rotary y a fortalecer su impacto en las comunidades del mundo. Sirven, además, como instructores y facilitadores en los Institutos Rotarios, Seminarios de capacitación para gobernadores electos (GETS), reuniones regionales, seminarios distritales y otras reuniones de capacitación. El presidente de RI y el presidente del Consejo de Fiduciarios de la Fundación nombran a los líderes regionales, los cuales constituyen un elemento esencial para el logro de las metas de Rotary. Los líderes regionales ocupan sus cargos por un período de tres años, sujeto a un proceso de renovación anual. Cada una de las 41 regiones de Rotary cuenta con un equipo constituido por cuatro líderes regionales quienes cooperan con el director de RI asignado para coordinar e implementar las estrategias regionales. Se recomienda a los directores que celebren reuniones de planificación con los integrantes de estos equipos y que inviten, además, a uno o más de los fiduciarios de La Fundación Rotaria para que se desempeñen como asesores y consejeros.

Los CIPR cuentan con gran experiencia rotaria y con conocimientos profesionales en el área de las relaciones públicas, el periodismo o las comunicaciones. Los CIPR: Amplían el reconocimiento público de Rotary y de su labor humanitaria Informan a los líderes de los clubes y distritos sobre cómo divulgar sus logros en la comunidad, los medios periodísticos, funcionarios gubernamentales, líderes cívicos y organizaciones no gubernamentales Adaptan las campañas de imagen pública de Rotary a las necesidades de sus regiones obteniéndose de este modo una mayor sensibilización del público local Ofrecen capacitación sobre el uso de elementos visuales y otros recursos para transmitir de manera efectiva el mensaje de Rotary

ASESORES DEL FONDO DE DOTACIÓN Y DONACIONES EXTRAORDINARIAS

Los AFD/DE son un recurso clave para el fomento de las donaciones extraordinarias y el Fondo de Dotación. En estrecha colaboración con el Comité de Captación de Fondos de la Fundación, los AFD/DE: Cooperan con los líderes distritales y otros líderes rotarios para elaborar planes personalizados a fin de identificar, cultivar y solicitar donaciones extraordinarias en la región Promueven las iniciativas de la Fundación relacionadas con las donaciones extraordinarias ante los rotarios y los donantes potenciales Contribuyen a la organización de eventos destinados tanto a brindar el debido reconocimiento a los contribuyentes como al cultivo de donantes potenciales

FR Les dirigeants régionaux du Rotary – le coordinateur du Rotary (RC), le coordinateur régional de la Fondation (RRFC), le coordinateur Image publique (RPIC) et le conseiller Dons majeurs/Fonds de dotation (EMGA) – mettent à profit leurs connaissances rotariennes et professionnelles pour soutenir et renforcer les clubs, intensifier et cibler l’action humanitaire et améliorer l’image publique du Rotary. Au niveau des districts de leur région, ils orientent nos membres vers les ressources qui les aideront à soutenir les objectifs de notre organisation et à accroître son impact localement et à l’étranger. Les coordinateurs et conseillers servent également de formateurs et de facilitateurs durant les Institutes du Rotary, les séminaires de formation des gouverneurs élus (SFGE), les réunions régionales et les séminaires de district. Nommés par le président du Rotary ou le président du conseil d’administration de la Fondation, les dirigeants régionaux ont un mandat de trois ans, renouvelé annuellement. Chacune des 41 régions rotariennes est pourvue de cette équipe de quatre membres. Elle travaille en étroite collaboration avec l’administrateur du Rotary de la zone et, le cas échéant, un ou plusieurs administrateurs de la Fondation Rotary afin de coordonner et soutenir les stratégies régionales.

COORDINATEURS RÉGIONAUX DE LA FONDATION ROTARY Les coordinateurs régionaux de la Fondation Rotary (RRFC) soutiennent et font la promotion des subventions de la Fondation, de leur gestion rigoureuse et des collectes de fonds pour financer des programmes, notamment PolioPlus et les Centres du Rotary pour la paix. De plus, ils sont responsables de : Encourager les Rotariens à faire des dons en faveur de l’éradication de la polio, la priorité du Rotary, au travers de PolioPlus. Mettre l’accent sur l’implication des membres en encourageant les Rotariens à prendre part à des actions bien planifiées et des activités de networking. Renforcer les clubs en identifiant et partageant les meilleures pratiques avec les dirigeants de club et de district. Aider les districts et les clubs à élaborer et mettre en œuvre des plans stratégiques pour atteindre leurs objectifs.

COORDINATEURS IMAGE PUBLIQUE DU ROTARY Les coordinateurs Image publique du Rotary (RPIC) associent leur expertise en relations publiques, journalisme ou communication à leurs connaissances rotariennes afin de : Sensibiliser le public au Rotary et à son action humanitaire. Former les dirigeants de club et de district à promouvoir efficacement le travail du Rotary auprès de la collectivité, des médias, des autorités locales et du milieu associatif. Adapter à l’échelle de la région les campagnes de relation publique du Rotary. Former les membres à l’utilisation de la charte graphique du Rotary.

CONSEILLERS DONS MAJEURS/FONDS DE DOTATION Les conseillers Dons majeurs/Fonds de dotation (EMGA) sont une ressource essentielle pour le développement des dons majeurs et des contributions au Fonds de dotation. En collaboration avec la commission Recherche de fonds de la Fondation Rotary, leurs responsabilités sont les suivantes : Collaborer étroitement avec les dirigeants de district afin d’établir une stratégie régionale pour identifier les donateurs potentiels, entretenir des liens avec ces personnes et solliciter des dons majeurs. Promouvoir les opportunités de dons majeurs auprès des Rotariens et d’autres prospects. Participer à l’organisation de manifestations pour donateurs et prospects.

IT I leader regionali, noti come Coordinatori Rotary (RC), Coordinatori Immagine Pubblica del Rotary (RPIC), Coordinatori Regionali Fondazione Rotary (RRFC) e Consulenti Fondi di dotazione/Grandi donazioni (E/MGA), collaborano tra di loro facendo leva sulle loro competenze e conoscenze per connettere i dirigenti di club e distretto alle risorse disponibili. Questi leader regionali fungono da istruttori e facilitatori durante gli Istituti Rotary, SIGE (Seminari d’Istruzione dei Governatori Eletti), riunioni regionali e seminari distrettuali. Ad ognuno dei 41 gruppi di leader regionali viene assegnato un Consigliere RI per coordinare e sostenere le loro attività. I Consiglieri sono incoraggiati a svolgere riunioni programmatiche per i leader regionali, almeno una volta l’anno, e ad includere uno o più Amministratori della Fondazione Rotary in queste riunioni in funzione di mentori e consulenti. I leader regionali sono nominati dal Presidente del RI o dal Presidente della Fondazione e rappresentano una componente essenziale per la realizzazione degli obiettivi del Consiglio centrale del RI e degli Amministratori della Fondazione. Essi restano in carica per tre anni, e il loro mandato può essere rinnovato a cadenza annuale.

COORDINATORI ROTARY Gli RC offrono competenze e supporto per la crescita e il coinvolgimento dell’effettivo; collaborano con i dirigenti distrettuali per creare e implementare i piani strategici, affrontare le sfide riguardanti l’effettivo e promuovere programmi e attività di servizio. Gli RC possono aiutare a identificare strategie per sviluppare club e distretti forti e dinamici, ed incoraggiare migliori prassi innovative a sostegno degli obiettivi per l’effettivo.

COORDINATORI IMMAGINE PUBBLICA DEL ROTARY Gli RPIC si impegnano per migliorare l’immagine pubblica del Rotary, incrementando la consapevolezza dell’organizzazione e dei suoi impegni umanitari, sia tra i soci che il pubblico esterno. Inoltre, gli RPIC possono aiutare a condividere i successi del Rotary con la comunità e i media, gli amministratori locali e l’intera società e promuovono e offrono la formazione sull’identità visuale e verbale del Rotary.

COORDINATORI REGIONALI FONDAZIONE ROTARY Gli RRFC sono una risorsa chiave per tutti gli argomenti relativi alla Fondazione Rotary, incluse sovvenzioni e gestione delle sovvenzioni, raccolte fondi e programmi, quali PolioPlus e Centri della pace del Rotary. I consulenti lavorano da vicino con gli RRFC, Amministratori, la commissione Sviluppo fondi e i dirigenti distrettuali per sviluppare piani personalizzati per identificare, coltivare e sollecitare Grandi donazioni. Inoltre, gli E/MGA promuovono e istruiscono i volontari e potenziali donatori sulle donazioni e sulle iniziative della Fondazione Rotary.

恒久基金／大口寄付アドバイザー（EMGA） EMGAは、大口寄付と恒久基金を推進する地域リーダーです。ロータリー財団の寄付推進委員会との協力の下、以下の活動を 行います：

• 地区やその他のリーダーと協力して、大口寄付を特定、開拓、懇請するための地域に合った計画を立てる • ロータリアンと寄付見込者に大口寄付の機会を紹介する • 現在の財団支援者に感謝の意を表し、新しい寄付者との関係を開拓するためのイベント実施を助ける

로타리재단 지역 코디네이터, 로타리 코디네이터, 로타리 공공이미지 코디네이터, 인다우먼트/고액기부 어드바이저로 대표되 는 로타리의 지역 리더들은 로타리에 대한 지식과 해당 분야에 대한 전문성을 발휘해 클럽 지원 및 강화, 인도주의 봉사의 집중 및 확대, 그리고 로타리의 공공이미지 고양에 힘쓴다. 지역 리더는 지구와의 협업을 통해, 로타리안들이 로타리의 사명을 증진하고 국내외 지역사회에 미치는 임팩트를 강화하기 위 한 각종 자원을 활용할 수 있도록 지원한다. 아울러 로타리 연수회, 차기총재 연수회, 지역 차원의 행사, 지구 세미나 등에서 트 레이너 및 진행자로 활약한다. 각 지역 리더는 국제로타리 회장 또는 로타리재단 이사장이 임명한다. 임기는 최대 3년이지만 매년 재임명되어야 한다. 지역 리 더들은 로타리가 목표를 성공적으로 달성하는 데 결정적인 역할을 한다. 로타리 세계는 총 41개 지역으로 나뉘며, 각 지역마다 아래 4명으로 구성된 지역 리더 팀이 RI 이사와 협력해 지역적 전략을 조 율, 증진한다. 이사는 지역 리더들과 계획 수립을 위한 회의를 가질 것이 권장되며, 이때 재단 이사를 핵심 인적자원으로 포함 시키는 것이 이상적이다.
