REGULATORY DIVISION FUTURES CONTRACTS MARGIN RATES FILE LAYOUT MODIFICATION On November 2, 2015 the Regulatory Division of the Bourse de Montréal Inc. (“the Division”) announced (see Circular 128-15) that it would cease publishing two different layouts for its margin rates. On November 24, 2015, the Division published a separate notice (see Circular 139-15) to inform participants that both layouts will continue to be published to ensure participant readiness for the new margin rates file on futures contracts (“New Layout”). Starting November 1, 2017, the Division will only publish its New Layout on the Division’s website (https://reg.m-x.ca/en/regulation/futures_margins).
