RESOLUCIÓru OCI TRIBUNAL DE LA BOLSA DE MONITOR DEPORTIVO

convocatoria de la bolsa de MONITOR DEPORTIVO, con fecha 05-12-2016, a fin de examinar las alegaciones presentadas en relación al ejercicio práctico realizado el día 24-11,-201,6 ha Reunido

el Tribunal de la

acordado:

-Estimar las alegaciones presentadas por los aspirantes respecto a las anomalías detectadas en el funcionamiento de la página web municípal, lo que impidió difundir adecuadamente el anuncio de la fecha, lugar y hora de la convocatoria del mencionado ejercicio práctico.

-Y asimismo estimar las alegaciones presentadas en contra de la decisión adoptada sobre la penalización de las respuestas erróneas del ejercicio. Por consiguiente ha resuelto:

le. ANULAR el ejercicio práctico realizado de la prueba de Monitor Deportivo, y en consecuencia DESCONVOCAR A LOS ASPIRANTES PARA LA PRUEBA DE VALENCIANO a celebrar el día 13 de diciembre, y

29. CONVOCAR A TODOS LOS ASPIRANTES QUE SUPERARON EL PRIMER para la realización del ejercicio práctico el día 25-OL-20t7 a las L2 horas en la Sala l del Centro de Congresos Ciutat d'Elx. EJERCICIO
