City of Turner Reverse 9-1-1 Opt-In Form

In an effort to better protect and better communicate with residents, the City has purchased a Reverse 9-1-1 call system that will allow us to instantly notify hundreds of residents via land line phones, cell phones and emails in the event of an emergency or other major situation in the City. In order for this emergency contact to work we need the best, quickest way to reach you. PLEASE PROVIDE THE INFORMATION BELOW AND RETURN IT TO CITY HALL. Be sure to let us know if any of your contact information changes so we can update our system. Thank you for your cooperation and allowing us to make our Reverse 9-1-1 system that much stronger!
