Information : The Spokane River Run is hosted by Garfield APPLE, an elementary school organization. Funds raised through River Run are used to benefit students directly. Garfield APPLE partners with local non-profit and charitable organizations that strive to empower and assist youth. Up to 30% of the proceeds are distributed amongst the partner groups. If your organization is interested in participating as a partner, please complete the application below by January 4, 2016. If selected, your organization will be notified by January 31, 2016. A representative from your organization will then meet with Garfield APPLE River Run planning committee in February 2016. Responsibilities of your organization are detailed on the attached: Partnership Compact. Please make sure your organization is able to meet these responsibilities before applying to be a partner. If selected, your organization would receive up to 30% of funds generated from the River Run. What specifically will the River Run funds be used for? How many volunteers and hours can your organization provide the River Run? (Note that the River Run Committee requests volunteers for set up, tear down, Registration and Water Stations. This involves time and volunteers the day before and the day of the River Run event.)
