Each single origin coffee has a distinct taste and personality different from, and superior to, the common roasted coffees available in the UK market. We currently have six varieties of coffee available including various single origin coffees from around the world. The farm is owned by Dr.Luis Urrutia who has been recognised by the UN for combating poverty in El Salvador. Rwanda, Nkora: (tasting profile - blackcurrant,bergamot (black tea) with a well rounded finish, perfect for filter coffee). The farm is operated by Cafeerwa, an organisati on which focuses on reinvestment and incentive policies for farmers.

EQUIPMENT At Romo we have an extensive network of contacts within the coffee industry and so will help and guide you through getting the perfect machine for your business. Whether you are looking to lease, acquire second hand or brand new. We will guide you through the various pricing options to find which suits your requirements and budget. We will take no fee for this service as we believe in developing relationships with our clients. We have a selection of contacts depending on the level of machine servicing you require. In addition we can also train your staff in basic machine servicing and daily maintenance checks.

STAFF TRAINING We will provide unlimited coffee training to your staff as and when required our courses can be broken down into the following topics: Art of espresso understanding the extraction process Knowledge of all drink menus from dry or wet cappuccinos, flat whites, cortados and long blacks how they should be presented where they come from Setting the grinder, noticing signs of wear and tear changing the burrs and ergonomic set up for efficient service Latte art Basic espresso machine maintenance (deep cleaning equipment, useful products, pressure adjustments and spotting signs of potential problems) Increasing volume - how to speed up service and provide an efficient sales process Continual professional development for your baristas - increase coffee knowledge, understand roasting techniques, flavour profiles and origins of coffees Learning about new techniques and styles (a course provided by the UK barista champion)
