STUDY ROOM RESERVATION REQUEST NOTE: Students can only have one pending reservation at a time and reservations are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Same day reservations are not accepted. Reserved rooms without a group member present for 30 minutes past the beginning of the reservation time will be considered a group “no-show.” At that point, the study room will revert to being available on a walk-in basis, and the group reservation will be void. If a study room is left vacant for over 30 consecutive minutes during a scheduled reservation period, the reservation will be considered completed and the room will be available for other users on a first-come, first-served basis.
