TEAM ROLE RST who will work will be responsible mostly for giving insight and orientation in OGX for the regional office and support in regional projects.

FUNCTION Support in management of network of oGEGT: coaching calls, education, possible entity visits, tracking and follow up of regional projects, S&D analysis MoS: # of coaching calls, # of operational plans, plan achievement of entity in charge

Which entities outisde of the Americas are running massive teaching projects (ICX) that we could partner with? What is the timeline and requirements for these projects? What main VISA issues do you foresee from working with these countries? 3. How could we change our current recruitment dynamic based on ICX opportunities and start driving supply from the OGX side as well?

Specific Questions PD 1. Map out 8 like-minded organizations/companies in the AMERICAS we should partner with this year. Why? 2. What would the partnership be build around. Who is the person within the organization you would approach for that? List working emails or name of these person (be creative linkedin and google can help).
