Tahoe City Oktoberfest 2016 Scarecrow Contest Sign up Sheet o o o o o o o o o o

The scarecrow must be life size or smaller. He/She must be built on a stand (think Christmas tree or better). He/She must be in good taste (this is a family friendly event). Classroom Scarecrows will be picked up on Wednesday, September 28th. Business Scarecrows should be placed in front of businesses by Saturday, Oct 1st The scarecrows will be on display from October 1-31. Deadline to sign up for the Scarecrow Parade is September 27th. Classrooms and non-profits please attach a copy of this sign up sheet to your scarecrow. Please sign the scarecrow or include its name as part of the costume. Scarecrows must be well built. Please attach each piece to the stand. (One year many scarecrows’ pants fell down). o If you would like your scarecrow to live with you after Oktoberfest, please retrieve it on November 1st or he/she will become trash.
