In memor y of a pioneering member, the Maxine B. Pettibone Scholarship is awarded twice yearly to a child or grandchild, male or female, of an Alpha Delta Kappa member, who is pursuing a master’s degree in education. The fall 2015 semester recipient is Robert Scott of Havre de Grace, Mar yland. He is the son of Marjorie Scott of Mar yland Omicron Chapter. The award will assist Scott in his career as a math teacher in Hartford County, Mar yland. “In this school system, contracts have not been honored for five of the past six years.
