1. From the Under Secretary(Sch.5), GOI,MHRD, Department of School Education & Literacy MDM Division, Shastri Bhavan, New Delhi,No.F./11-30/2007-Sch.5, Dated: 22. 03.2013 & 26.04.2013. 2. From the Commissioner and Director of School Education A.P., Hyderabad, Lr.Rc.No.1185/VE-1 /2007 , dated.15.04.2013. 3. G.O.Rt.No.2189, Finance (ESE) Deptt., Dated.08.05.2013. ***** ORDER: In the reference first read above, the Government of India, Ministry of Human resource Development have permitted the State Government to utilize the unspent balance amount of Rs.4031.00 lakhs from ICT 4031 project to meet the committed expenditure of ICT 5000 Project. The GoI, MHRD, New Delhi further directed that the amount of Rs.4031 lakhs was released as 1st installment of non recurring expenditure for implement and utilize in the ICT in School Scheme in 4031 Schools to meet the committed non recurring expenditure towards 5000 Schools. 2. In the references second read above, the Commissioner and Director of School Education, Andhra Pradesh., Hyderabad, has sent a proposal for Sanction Orders for an amount of Rs.4031.00 lakhs under Central Share along with the matching State Share of Rs.1343.67 Lakhs towards payments to the Agencies under ICT@5000 Schools. 3. The Finance (Expr.SE) Department, have issued Budget Release Order in the reference third read above, for an amount of Rs. 5,88,00,000/- (Rupees five Crores Eighty Eight Lakhs only) Plan from the BE provision 2013-14 towards Information and Communication Technology in 5000 Schools. 4. In pursuance of the Budget Release Order issued by the Finance (Expr.SE) read above and the proposal of the Department in the reference 3rd Commissioner and Director of School Education Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad in the reference 2nd read above, Government hereby accord administrative sanction for an amount of Rs. 5,88,00,000/- (Rupees five Crores Eighty Eight Lakhs only) Plan from the BE provision 2013-14 towards Information and Communication Technology in 5000 Schools. 5. The amount sanctioned in para 4 above shall be debited to the Head of Account as mentioned in Budget Release Order in the reference third read above. 6. The Commissioner and Director of School Education, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad shall take necessary action accordingly.
