What you will do is to:     

Lead Human Nature's Social Enterprise (SE) Partners category, whose main task is to seek opportunities for SEs' growth & exposure within our network. Analyze business plans of partner SEs and conceptualize growth strategies within Human Nature's Sales network. This would involve product development, QA assistance and marketing campaigns & events. Explore partnership opportunities outside of Human Nature, such as retail chains, by highlighting the authenticity of our SE partners. Strengthen validation & mentorship program for SEs, which aims to identify and measure their social impact & commitments and match Human Nature's resources & expertise to their current needs. Represent Human Nature and our Social Enterprise (SE) partners in talks, seminars and any events related to our advocacy of promoting genuine SEs.

Qualifications:          

Previous work experience of minimum 5 years involving Product Development & Selection (buyer or merchandising in retail), partnership/account management or business operations involving manufacturing With a degree in business or marketing (or similar) General interest in business start-ups and social innovation Genuine heart for community development and the integration of the marginalized sector in value chains. Able to relate/communicate with people of various backgrounds, from the poorest of the poor to the affluent. Persistent optimist and tireless relationship builder Excellent skills in project management, communication, negotiation and networking Good with cross-functional coordination; able to deal with team challenges Willingness to work in Quezon City and visit various communities supported by partner social enterprises for a 5-day work week schedule with occasional weekend work for community visits 1 full-time position available Interested?
