At Smart Works Greater Manchester, we dress and train women for interview. We see you when you have a confirmed job interview lined up, and help you look great, feel confident and get the job. Each appointment lasts about 2 hours. In that time, we will give you a complete outfit (yours to keep) chosen especially for you and one-to-one advice and training. We have an expert, experienced and welcoming team who know how to work with you to give you the best possible chance of getting the job. Our high quality clothes are donated by other working women or come direct from our retail partners.

Smart Works Greater Manchester has a track record of success. In our first year we have dressed, trained and helped almost 250 women and out of the women we have contacted so far, 70% have got the job. We would love to welcome you to Smart Works. To book an appointment, simply ask your employment adviser at a Job Centre Plus, Work Programme provider, housing association or other organisation to call us. All we ask is that you have a job interview lined up. We will then make the booking over the phone and give you a time to come and see us. It is as simple as that.
