SOCIAL SERVICES TO FAMILIES IN THE PROCESS OF DIVORCE Radoslav Micheľ, František Hanobik Abstract Social services in the divorce proceedings are an integral part of professional and highly qualified assistance from a social worker in a family environment. The basis for effective social services provided in the divorce process is proper communication and empathetic approach by social workers to both spouses. The aim of social intervention social workers within Social Services is to ensure that family members (spouses) were jointly able to effectively tackle some difficult social problems (Pavelová, 2007). Love, health in the family are not the priorities of the lost, but the material needs are becoming more important in society (Micheľ In Bugri, Beňo, Andrejiová, 2013). In our opinion, the most important values must be healthy and love among people, which must outweigh site materials of human existence. Conclusion Social services in the divorce process must take into account individual needs and interests of all parties, ie both spouses. It is very important impartiality and independence of the expert in resolving disputes in divorce proceedings between spouses. Children can not be violently abused and are drawn from the parents in the divorce process. It is a very negative social phenomenon that often manifested in the deterioration of health in children.
