The West Slope branch of Colorado APWA and the Colorado Association for Roadway MAintenance (CARMA) present the 28th Annual Spring Street Conference. Always an educational and enjoyable event - so plan to join us! Early registration deadline is April 10th, registration is $110 after that date. Cancellations must be received by April 17th for a refund. Please register online where you can pay by Check or Credit Card. Make checks payable to: West Slope Branch APWA, and mail to Colorado LTAP (address on reverse side).

The APWA West Slope Branch is sponsoring 10 conference scholarships to West Slope gov’t agencies. The scholarship would cover one $95 attendee registration for agencies who would like to apply for their personnel to attend this engaging event. Only one per agency, please. Contact John Baker, APWA West Slope Chair, by April 1st to request a scholarship or with questions at [email protected].

Early registration deadline is April 10th; $300 per booth, includes 2-free outdoor equipment spaces. $50 per additional outdoor space. Indoor booths are $350 after April 10th ($375 on-site). Cancellations must be received by April 17th for a refund. Movein must be completed by 8:00am on April 22nd. Exhibitors are encouraged to bring prizes for the four drawings.

Purchase an Exhibit Space The interior exhibit area has 40 booth spaces. The $300 cost includes: 6-ft wide table w/chairs, two 10’x20’ outdoor equipment spaces, and Thursday lunch for 2 representatives (add’l reps $25ea). If your exhibit is wider than 6-ft, you may need to purchase two booth spaces. The exterior equipment display area is located in the hotel’s back parking lot. Additional outdoor spaces are available for $50 each to those that have purchased an interior booth space. Thursday, April 23, 11:15-12:00pm there is agenda time scheduled for vendors to run an equipment event if desired.

2. Sponsor a Break

At $500, your company’s name will be announced and prominently displayed on special boards.

3. Sponsor a Hole at the Golf Tournament

Your company’s name can be displayed at a course hole for just $150. You could also sponsor prizes for Longest Drive, Closest to Pin, or Longest Putt for $150 each. Prize donations are also accepted (golf balls, tees, putters, etc.) and your agency will be acknowledged.
