DIVISION MEMORANDUM No. VL s. 2017 DIVISION ROLLOUT ON THE UPDATING AND COMPLETION OF THE INDIVIDUAL PERSONAL DATA SHEET (PDS) OF PERMANENT TEACHING AND NON-TEACHING PERSONNEL OF DEPED DASMARINAS

1.

The City Schools Division of Dasmariñas will be holding Division Rollout on the Updating and

Completion of the Individual Personal Data Sheet (PDS) of Permanent Teaching and NonTeaching Personnel of DepEd Dasmarilias on March 19,20,21, 2018 at Bayleaf Hotel, General Trios City, Cavite. 2.

This activity aims: 2.1. Secure accurate data of DepEd employees. 2.2. Complete each employee's PDS; and 2.3. Validate the Service Records of each employee

3.

Participants to this activity are the Forty-two (42) Schools ICT Coordinators, Ten (10) EHRIS Core Team and 10 Division Personnel. The 62 participants are composed of 26 males and 36

females. (Enclosure no 1 for the list of participants) 4.

Participants should be at the venue at exactly 7 o'clock in the morning and advised to bring the

necessary documents and a Laptop. 5.

Participants are expected to update and complete their individual PDS and provide technical assistance to their fellow teaching and non-teaching personnel in their corresponding schools to do the same.

6.

There will be no registration fee to be collected. Expenses relative to this activity will be charged to the SUB-ALLOTMENT RELEASE ORDER OSEC-4A-17-9999 subject to usual accounting and auditing procedure.

7.

Attached to this Memorandum are the matrices of activities, opening and closing program

Immediate dissemination of the Memorandum to all concerned is earnestly desired.
