I am Vivienne Valencia an Audiology Intern and Phase IV Coordinator of Starkey Hearing Foundation. I have sent you a letter dated January 23, 2016 regarding the adding of new schools in the Phase IV Program of Starkey Hearing Foundation . In line with the said letter, I humbly ask .. for a meeting with the principals of Melencio M. Castelo Elementary School, Commonwealth Elementary School, and Rosa L.
