SUPPLEMENTAL BID BULLETIN NO. 1 Construction of the Proposed 3 Storey Dormitory Building I Phase III of PSHS CLC This supplemental bid bulletin for the Construction of the Proposed 3 Storey Dormitory Building I Phase III of PSHS CLC is being issued to all participating bidders to clarify, amend and/or modify certain provisions in the bidding documents as a result of the Pre-Bid conference held on July 8, 2015. The scheduled deadline for the submission of bids will be on July 20, 2015 at 8:30 AM, followed after is the Bid Opening on the same date at 9:00 AM. The Latest Audited Financial statements and the NFCC computation shall be based on the data submitted to the BIR, through its Electronic Filing and Payment System (EFPS). QUESTIONS/CONCERNS 
