For each of the company’s currently advertised retail residential and business broadband Internet service plans (for each service delivery technology, excluding mobile wireless), provide the following information: a)

General information on the package, including download and upload speeds, data allowance, monthly retail price and number of subscribers; and

b)

Average monthly data consumption (upstream, downstream and combined) by subscribers to these specific packages.

The data should be based on the fourth quarter of 2015 (i.e. October, November and December). If service packages have different data allowance options, include information for each of these options. If services are provided in different regions using different parameters (e.g. price and/or data allowance), provide information for each region-specific service. For clarity, provide the information in a table using the format suggested on the following page (sample information is inserted for illustrative purposes). A.

The below five charts show TekSavvy’s currently advertised broadband Internet service plans, using data based on the fourth quarter of 2015: 

Chart A: TekSavvy’s retail residential Internet service plans delivered over the fixed wireless access broadband platform;

Chart B: TekSavvy’s retail residential broadband Internet service plans delivered over DSL broadband platforms;

Chart C: TekSavvy’s retail residential broadband Internet service plans delivered over DOCSIS broadband platforms;

Chart D: TekSavvy’s retail business broadband Internet service plans delivered over the fixed wireless access broadband platform; and

Chart E: TekSavvy’s retail business broadband Internet service plans delivered over DSL broadband platforms.

Package names, speeds, monthly data allowances, monthly retail package price, and number of subscribers are provided as of 31 December 2015. Average monthly usage data is based on the fourth quarter of 2015 (October, November, and December). Average monthly usage data is calculated for users whose service connections were active during the entire usage month, and based on actual data consumption over the 24-hour day (as opposed to data consumption for which the user is billed). Regional parameters regarding availability of the retail packages are specified within each chart. Service availability is subject to the availability of appropriate facilities,
