THE NEVADA OFFICES OF SNELL & WILMER WELCOME FOUR NEW ATTORNEYS LAS VEGAS and RENO (November 15, 2016) – Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that attorneys Aleem Dhalla, Alexandria Layton, Ryan Stodtmeister and Adam Tully have joined the firm’s Nevada offices. Dhalla is an associate in the Las Vegas office, and he focuses his practice in business and commercial litigation, as well as labor and employment. Prior to joining the firm, he was a judicial extern to the Chief Judge Gloria M. Navarro of the U.S. District Court for Nevada and a legal intern for Caesars Entertainment. Prior to attending law school, he worked as a producer for a cable TV travel show. He received his J.D. from William S. Boyd School of Law at University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and his B.B.A. in Finance from Southern Methodist University.
Aleem A. Dhalla
Layton is an associate in the Las Vegas office and focuses her practice in commercial litigation. Before joining Snell & Wilmer, she was a legal extern for Chief Justice Maureen O'Connor and a legal intern for the Capital Habeas Unit of the Federal Public Defender for Southern District of Ohio. Layton graduated with her J.D. from Moritz College of Law at The Ohio State University and her B.A. in Communications from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Stodtmeister is an associate in the Reno office where he focuses his practice in commercial litigation. Prior to Snell & Wilmer, he was a judicial extern to Judge Robert C. Jones of the U.S. District Court for Nevada. Additionally, through UCLA Law School’s robust clinical programs, Stodtmeister has had experience in discrete administrative law fields. He has helped represent numerous homeless veterans before the Veterans Benefits Administration, including drafting and filing appellate briefs for oral hearings. Stodtmeister has also helped represent developers of affordable housing as they structure and finance their projects with federal low income housing tax credits and comply with the regulations of the California Tax Credit Allocation Committee. He received his J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law, his M.A. from New York University and his B.A. in English from Brigham Young University. Tully joins the Las Vegas office as an associate, and he focuses his practice in commercial litigation. Prior to Snell & Wilmer, he clerked for Justice Ron D. Parraguirre of the Nevada Supreme Court and served as a judicial extern to Judge Robert C. Jones of the U.S. District Court for Nevada. Tully received his J.D. from William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where he was a member of the Nevada Law Journal and the Society of Advocates. He received his B.A. in Political Science from Boston University.
