In this connection,Federationalreadycitedthe casesof SouthCentraland EastCentral Railwayswhere30% addon pay elementis not beingreckonedfor grantingpensionary benefits to the Loco Inspectors retired/retiring on or after 0110112016. Furtherthe Federation hasreceived similarcomplaintsfrom Loco Inspectors of CentralRailwaywho havealsonot beenpaid retiral benefitswith 30% additionto their 7'nCPC Pay. NFIR, therefore,once again requeststhe Railway Board to issueclarificationon the subjectsoonto all Zonesto avoid hardshipto the retired/retiring LIs.
