To all the Chaffey Students and Parents The PAC is very excited that we’ve been chosen to become part of the BC School Fruit and Vegetable Snack Program. Attached are two brochures that explain the program and its background in detail. Through this program your child will get to taste some wonderful BC grown Fruit and Vegetables: such as kiwifruit, apples, carrots, tomatoes and cucumbers. We encourage all the students to participate and try all the fruits and vegetables even if they have not had them before. Please read all the attached information. There is no cost to the school or to you to participate. Please confirm your child’s participation in this program by returning the form at the bottom of this page to your child’s teacher. We are looking forward to making the first deliver of fruit (Kiwifruit) to your child’s classroom the week of January 21st.
