An ordinance adopting the sixth amendment to the 2013 Budget amending section one of Ordinance 3220, making appropriations for the City of Thornton, Colorado for the fiscal year 2013 for all funds except that appropriations for certain individual projects shall not lapse at year end but continue until the project is completed or cancelled. A resolution approving an Intergovernmental Agreement between the State of Colorado Department of Labor and Employment, Division of Oil and Public Safety and the City of Thornton permitting the City to inspect elevators and escalators within the City.
