To engage New York State Comptroller Thomas P. DiNapoli (Pension Portfolio $149.5 Billion, third largest Pension plan in the United States), New York City Comptroller John C. Liu (Manages $123.8 Billion in NYC Pension Fund of which $1 Billion is designated for economically targeted investments); DASNY, President Paul T. Williams (Manages a bond portfolio of $31.2 Billion) and as well as other chief investment officers in robust dialog about portfolio management strategies, access to public contracts, and positioning among MWBE’s for participation in future Transportation Infrastructure projects. Key decision makers from the public sector, asset managers/bankers from the private sector, and contractors from the entire transportation supply chain will come together for a series of panel discussions, debates, workshops and private conversations aimed at confronting the critical challenge of inclusion. We look forward to exploring these questions and issues together.
