Liu (Manages $123.8 Billion in NYC Pension Fund of which $1 Billion is designated for economically targeted investments); DASNY, President Paul T. Williams (Manages a bond portfolio of $31.2 Billion) and as well as other chief investment officers in robust dialog about portfolio management strategies, access to public contracts, and positioning among MWBE’s for participation in future Transportation Infrastructure projects.
