Tuition is paid in 10 monthly payments. Each family is required to sign on to FACTS Management Company, our school’s authorized agent for the collection of tuition and fees. No refunds or credits will be made due to absence, voluntary or involuntary withdrawal and expulsion. Exceptional Student Resources: HACS recognizes the individuality of each child and his/her learning styles. To accommodate students whose needs go beyond the standard classroom setting and/or leveled learning, ES Resources will be available on site. ($250-$400 monthly). Separate form to be completed. RTI (Response to Intervention) Program: Services are available through the Public School system. For a student to qualify HACS faculty must complete the RTI process. A portion of the cost will be passed on to the parent. ($1,000). Separate form to be completed.

REQUIRED FOR EACH STUDENT A. Health forms: Certification of Immunization (Blue Form) & Physicians Statement of Good Health (Yellow Form) are required for each student B. Completed e-rate survey TUITION ASSISTANCE SCHOLARSHIPS: Deadline for filing tuition assistance applications is May 1, 2017. On-line applications can be found at www.hebrewacademy.org under “Admissions” or at www.factstuitionaid.com/facts/gaindex Families receiving assistance will volunteer hours of service to the school each year. FLORIDA STATE GRANTS: I/We hereby obligate to apply for VPK and/or Step Up For Students if I/we meet eligibility requirements. (I/We) Understand that Entrance Passes will not be issued until all fees (due 8/01/17) are paid in full, you have registered on-line with FACTS for tuition payments (www.hebrewacademy.org – click “Tuition Payment” - and administrative and health requirements as shown in the Parents’ Handbook have been met. I recognize that the above grants and opportunities are part and parcel of the scholarship awarded to me by the Hebrew Academy. I understand that I will become financially responsible for remunerating the school in full should I fail to comply with any of the above requirements.
