Unitor Fireblanket Wilhelmsen Ships Service has added to its range of equipment a Fire Blanket specifically designed and manufactured to the new European Standard for Fire Blanket. When removed from the container the blanket is held in the shield position, protecting the user from the fire. When draped over a fire the blanket starves the fire of oxygen, leading to rapid extinction. Fire Blankets can be used to wrap around a person whose clothes are on fire and can also be used to wrap around a hot or burning object for removal to a safe place. Fire Hoses

Guardman Fire hose w/storz C cpl.

Description:

The Guardman fully synthetic fire hose is a result of many years of development within fire hose production. The Guardman hose is produced in one continuous process where nitrile rubber is forced through a circular woven textile. This gives an inner/outer cover with good adhesion between textile and rubber. After vulcanization, the hoses undergo an obligatory pressure test and control, before they are distributed to our customers. The Guardman quality is approved all over the world and has acquired a position as the fire hose of the future. Guardman is a wear-and-tear resistant hose which gives a long lifetime under all uses and conditions. The Guardman is constructed to tolerate almost all conditions; also for purposes beyond fire fighting, for example transport of liquids in the shipping industry, offshore operations, industry and agriculture. The Guardman is suitable for climate temperatures from -0 °C to +70 °C, intermittent use up to +00 °C.

Filter Masks

Advantage 3221 Filter Mask with Bayonet Connection In many environments and in many kinds of work, protection for personnel against dust and gases must be provided. A filter mask may very often be the most convenient form of protection not only against dangerous gases but also against other harmful air contaminants when the contaminated air contains at least 0% by volume of oxygen. The Advantage filter masks feature a clean and simplified design, it weighs up to 40 percent less than conventional filter masks. The Hycar rubber face piece has the comfort and feel, usually provided by silicone based masks, but with greater chemical permeation resistance. The nose cup improves comfort and eliminates lens fogging. The flexible urethane lens contributes a better face piece seal, improved field of vision and comfort. The head harness is fully elastic with 6 adjustment straps. Mechanical speaking diaphragm is standard. The advantage series of filters are interchangeable with the advantage 00 half mask.

Advantage 200 Filter Half Mask with Bayonet Connection The Advantage 00 Filter Half Mask is a new generation of half masks designed to provide the wearer with a high degree of comfort. The new multiflex system is a pliable combination of rubber and plastic that provides a virtually customized fit. The pressure is equalized on the face seal area so there are not pressure points. The mask is designed with only four components: Face piece blank, four point yoke, inhalation valve, exhalation valve and head harness.

Advantage 3121 Filter Mask with Threaded Rd 40 - EN 148-1 connection This Mask has the same features as the advantage filter mask, only fitted with an EN 48- threaded connection. Note: the filters for this mask will not fit the advantage 00 half mask.

Breathing Air quality tester

Breathing air quality tester

Description:

IMO-MSC CIRC 850 is a guideline for maintenance and inspection of fire-protection systems and appliances. • It involves weekly testing and inspection of Breathing Apparatus cylinders on leakage • Annual testing and inspection of Breathing Apparatus air recharging systems checked for air quality No specific standard is mentioned but Unitor has chosen for European Standard EN 0 as it is the most used and the most convenient standard. According EN 0 testing of air quality for the following apparatus is recommended for: • • • •

Breathing Air Sets Escape sets Airline Systems Diving Equipment (up till 6 bar)

Testing the quality of air from high-pressure systems is generally done on: • Any contamination in a concentration which has toxic or health influence, must be lower than local regulation prescribes • Presence of smell and taste. (Should not occur) Testing the quality of air from high pressure systems on contents of: • Carbon Dioxide • Carbon Monoxide • Oil • Water vapor • Nitrous gases (local regulations)

The Unitor Breathing air test kit provides adequate and quick means to make sure that your air quality for above products is in order. Four of the above possible contaminations can be measured simultaneously using test tubes mounted on a manifold whereby each tube measures a separate contamination or gas.

TRELLCHEM – When a dress code is of vital importance

Description

Making mistakes is part of the human condition. People who work with aggressive and hazardous chemicals are particularly at risk when things go wrong. Even though safety standards are high, serious incidents can and do occur. A Trellchem protective suit will give your staff the very best protection in the worst of environments. All Trellchem gastight chemical suits are equipped with positive pressure in the suits ensures increasing safety, which can be either connected to a Breathing apparatus with a supplement air connection, or with an additional airline from Ships air supply. Note: The airline must also be of chemical resistant materials. This pressurized safety system, in which the airflow can be set at either or 0 liters per minute optional 0 or 00 liters per minute when operating together with external air supply (airline), offers protection against leaks, for example by accidental perforations, and also provides the suit with ventilation. All new suits as of July 007 are equipped with the new BAYONET GLOVE RING SYSTEM with the following features; • Quick and simple glove exchange. • Accommodates all current glove combinations, including the possibility of combining both the 4H inner glove and a rubber cuff. • Safe and easy to assemble. • Positions are easy to check. • Distinct markings, the ring system is easily maneuvered also in dark conditions. • Easy grip • Easy exchange of 4H inner glover (standard with VPS suit) • Locking pin for added safety • Two Viton O-rings and glove compression for optimal sealing effect • Old Trellchem suits can be upgraded The Trellchem gastight chemical suits are available in three different combinations of materials, representing three levels of protection. • TRELLCHEM VPS, CHLOROPRENE RUBBER • TRELLCHEM SUPER T-ET, VITON • TRELLCHEM LIGHT, PVC Proper care is important in terms of both safety and economy. In order to make it as easy as possible for you to maintain the equipment in top form, we supply the following with each suit: – Resistance Table. – Plastic gray storage bag, hanger and instructions for storage. – Record card for notes about the operations in which the suit has been involved, the chemical to which it has been exposed, etc.

SPAN GASES

Two convenient sizes; Refillable and Disposable Span gases are special gas mixtures to calibrate and test gas detection equipment ensuring correct readings. These mixtures are submitted to strict quality control because of their application. A full range of span gases is available through the Wilhelmsen Ships Service network. The gases are supplied in: • 0 litre refillable steel cylinders in Wilhelmsen Ships Service´s unique exchange program • litre disposable steel cylinders called “MINIMIX” The gases are suitable for calibrating and testing almost any type of gas detection equipment presently used onboard of ships. Wilhelmsen Ships Service has the most frequently requested products in stock in its major distribution centres and the remainder can be supplied on request. GAS MIX range: • Hydrocarbons – Air mixtures • Hydrocarbons – Nitrogen mixtures • CO or HS mixtures • Oxygen – Nitrogen mixtures • Pure gases (Nitrogen, Propane and Methane) Reliable • Certified purity and composition of the gas contents: each refillable cylinder come with individual gas analysis certificate • Gas fillings are traceable to the original gas supplier and conform to international metrological standards • Refillable cylinders are manufactured to combined European (BS/EN/ISO) and American (DOT) production standards • Most gases have a stability of years after filling, guaranteeing repeatable results during calibrations and testing • All cylinder and fillings data is available using the unique UniTrak tracking and tracing system Easy to use • Refillable 0 litre cylinder for frequent calibrations is cost effective because of the large volume of gases • Disposable small light weight litre cylinder for less frequent calibrations or locations with difficult access • Worldwide availability of standardised cylinders in Wilhelmsen Ships Service’s exchange program • Refillable cylinders have worldwide identical valve side connections thus ensuring no need to buy regulators each time • Easy reference during inspections as the analysis certificate is always available with cylinder

Description IMO SIGNS

SOLAS, Chapter III, Regulation 9... requires signs to be "easily seen under emergency lighting conditions." Regulation 9... requires symbols to be used "in accordance with the recommendations of the Organization." • The unique ability of Unitor Photo luminescent signs to illuminate immediately if power loss occurs will greatly assist personnel in the location of emergency equipment. • IMO Regulations recommend that the location of emergency equipment, assembly and embarkation stations should be plainly indicated by the use of appropriate symbols. • MCS/CIRC.777 states that "Assembly Station" has the same meaning as "Muster Station". • Letters or numbers should be used to identify assembly or embarkation stations. • The station letter or number should be placed on the right hand side of the safety sign, and should be compatible in its dimensions. • Signs shown in the appropriate sequence can be displayed at the Coxswain's position in a totally enclosed lifeboat, as a reminder of the sequence of actions which should take place during the launching of a lifeboat. • Symbols should be used inside survival craft adjacent to the relevant control or function to which they refer.

Medical Oxygen Systems

Description:

Unitor Medical Oxygen System meets the latest IMO IMDG/MFAG regulations for shipboard use to supply Oxygen to two persons at the same time. Wilhelmsen Ships Service has three solutions, which meet the IMDG/FMAG amendment as some Flag states require cylinder to be installed outside the Hospital and some require the safety valve outlet from the regulator to be lead to open air by piping. In the IMO Bedside solution, the oxygen cylinder is placed between two beds, mounted against the bulkhead with the cylinder rack. The regulator with a fixed flow of 50 liters/min, is mounted on top of the cylinder and the rail is mounted on the bulkhead. The double oxygen outlet is fixed to the rail and the hose is connected to the regulator. Two flow meters, with quick connections, are placed in the double oxygen outlet, which enables the oxygen flow to be regulated between 0- liters/min. A humidifier is connected to each flow meter and this has a disposable oxygen therapy mask attached to it. IMO outside solution, the oxygen cylinder is placed in the cylinder rack and is either mounted directly on the bulkhead or in a cabinet. The gas is piped through to the ships Hospital and the internal equipment is as described above. IMO Norwegian solution, the cylinder is fitted as described by IMO Bedside, however the regulator is different to fit a pipe onto the safety valve of the regulator, which need to be lead to open air and the internal equipment is as described above.

Product Features:

All equipment supplied in one box ready for easy installation. Installation instructions are included. MOX-40 cylinder is approved worldwide due the use of PISS valve (Pin Index Safety System).

Customer Benefits:

• The installation can be completed without any trouble during a voyage and can easily be performed by the Crew. • separate flow meters that provides independent flows to each patient. • Unitor deposit cylinders (MOX-, MOX-5 and MOX-40) can be refilled/exchanged. Refilling of vessel owned cylinders with medical gases is becoming complex, time consuming and in some areas even impossible. • The equipment is available in our extensive Network • Future service is supported by our service organization including replacement of components.

Fire Extinguishing Systems

Unitor CO2 Fire Extinguishing System

CO2 as an Extinguishing Agent

Wilhelmsen Ships Equipment supplies high pressure CO-systems for the fire protection of machinery spaces, pump rooms, cargo holds, paint stores and galley exhaust ventilation ducts. The systems are designed according to the SOLAS requirements and are type approved by the major classification societes. CO will extinguish a fire by reducing the percentage of oxygen in the surroundings to below what is needed to sustain combustion. The Unitor CO systems are an environmentally friendly fire extinguishing alternative as Wilhelmsen Ships Equipment supplies CO as a bi-product from other industrial processes. If discharged, the CO will not do any damage to the ship. However, CO is hazardous to humans as it is an asphyxiant and therefore strict safety routines are required.

CO2 High Pressure - System Description

The Unitor High Pressure CO system is a central system. Several CO cylinders, located in a separate room, are connected to a common manifold before the main valves and the distribution piping. The cylinder valves and main valves are normally pneumatically operated by means of CO gas from two smaller control cylinders. Due to safety reasons, the system is manually released from a release cabinet located outside the protected space. When opening the release cabinet, microswitches will ensure the activation of CO warning alarms. After a defined time delay, the piping and nozzle arrangement allows the CO gas to spread rapidly to the protected areas.

Development and Service

Product development is a continuously on going project for our Technical Department. This will ensure an up-to-date system with the required approvals, specially designed for maritime use in rough and demanding environments. Unitor offers consultative services, engineering, layout and commissioning work on fixed installations. In addition, we offer world wide aftersale-service on all types of installations.

Fire Extinguishing Systems

Unitor Dry Chemical Powder Fire Extinguishing System

The Unitor Dry Chemical Powder system can be installed as a central system, a modular system or a combination hybrid system. The system design and choice of materials adapted for the marine environment is the result of decades of experience in the supply of fire fighting systems to newbuildings, incorporating the experience gained from servicing this type of system in operation. The system is completely self-contained, and not dependent on any external power supply. All three versions comply with the "IMO Code for the Construction and Equipment of Ships Carrying Liquefied Gases in Bulk".

Modular System – low installation cost

A modular system with self-contained hose and monitor units, avoids the need for powder pipework and is offered in unit sizes from 60 kg up to 000 kg capacity each. Modular units can also be used for extra protection of such areas as car decks, helidecks and cargo decks on chemical tankers.

Central System – high flexibility

A central system is the most common, giving the highest flexibility in use, as for example the whole amount of powder can be discharged from one monitor or hose station. It consists of: • The powder central, containing - powder tanks, nitrogen cylinders and selector valves, located outside the cargo area, with a capacity determined by the number of connected hose stations and monitors. • Monitors and hose stations located on the cargo deck to protect the manifold respectively at any point in the cargo area with at least two hoses. The monitor is operated from an adjacent release cabinet or remotely from aft of the cargo area, while the hose stations have an integrated release cabinet.

Hybrid System combines the advantages of Central and Modular Systems The hybrid system is a combination of a central and a modular system and forms an economic solution for larger Gas Carriers. A hybrid system gives the flexibility of a central system but with reduced pipework installation costs.

Dry Chemical Powder - harmless and effective Dry Chemical Powder is effective for use on all classes of fires, by selecting the correct type of powder. It is physiologically harmless, non-toxic to humans and harmless to the environment. The extinguishing effect is caused by breaking the chain of combustion. For your dry chemical powder installation: Wilhelmsen Ships Equipment offers consultative services, engineering, layout, installation and commission work on fixed installations. In addition, we offer world-wide aftersales service on all types of installations.

Portable Foam Equipment

Portable Foam Applicators

Description:

The Unitor portable foam applicators are a supplement to the foam monitors and are supplied in accordance with specified requirements. Sheltered areas not reachable by the foam monitors can be covered by a foam applicator. This gives increased flexibility. Different applicators are available, covering varying needs for proportioning ratio, capacity and working pressure for particular vessel. Typically, an applicator needs to be supplied with a fire hose and a foam concentrate container and is stored in a foam station on deck or engine room. Note It is vital that the foam concentrate is suited to the cargo being carried. Water is ineffective, since the burning liquid will float on it and be spread further.

Product features

The applicator is made of stainless steel. Its low weight makes it easy to operate and has attached a self-suction hose, so no additional proportioner is needed. Wilhelmsen Ships Equipment offers a complete annual service program for the system, which meets all relevant requirements.

Fire Extinguishing Systems

Unitor Deep-Fat Cooker Fire Extinguishing System

General

Unitor Deep Fat Cooking Equipment Fire Extinguishing System, is approved by European Council Directive 96/98 on Marine Equipment (MED) for use as fixed fire-extinguishing system for galley’s deep fat fryers onboard ships. The system has been tested according to ISO 57:009, and complies with SOLAS requirements.

System Description

This self-contained automatic fire extinguishing system provides simple and effective protection against fire for deep fat. It is capable of quick detection and extinguishing spilt blazing oil fires. The system can be designed to provide protection for one deep fat fryer (maximum surface area 0. m) and up to three deep fat fryers (maximum surface area 0.44 m each). The system uses water with additive (foam) to extinguish fire. The AFFF foam increases the wetting power and penetration capacity of water by reducing its water surface tension. It forms a highly mobile watertight film, which reforms immediately when the surface is disturbed. The film is impermeable to flammable liquid vapour discharge and prevents re-ignition. CO gas stored in a cartridge is used to propel the extinguishing agent. The discharge nozzles spray the extinguishing agent onto the fire, which are installed above the fryers but below the galley hood. Detection for automatic operation is by thermal fuses. These fuses trigger at temperature equal to 0 deg C or higher. The system can also be activated manually.

System Layout

The system consists of one 9 litres extinguisher with AFFF additive (CE certified). It must be installed near the protected risk. A diffusion strip is fitted with one full jet nozzle for each risk area to be protected (stainless steel nozzle bracket and nozzles). The maximum length of pipe work between the extinguisher and the last nozzle must not be more than 9 mtr. A fuse chain equipped with thermal fuses ( per risk) installed in the top centre of the cooker hood triggers the system automatically. The fuse chain is at the same height as the diffusion strip (.5 mtr to . mtr) and is installed above each risk area. A manual control is installed near to the extinguisher or at a visible place for the galley crew.

Safety & Security

The system is designed with detection features and automatic release. An alarm relay box can be provided for alarm and potential free contact for shutting down galley equipment as well as providing external alarm and indication.

Features & Benefits • • • • • • • •

Use a standard 9 litres water fire extinguisher with additives Tested according to ISO 57: 009 Comply with SOLAS and approved by major classification societies (IACS) MED (Marine Equipment Directive) approved Provide protection for up to three deep fat fryers Automatic operation with detection Can be serviced on board by crew No electrical power required for operation

Fire Extinguishing Systems

Unitor Local Application Fire Fighting System

System Description

The FIXED LOCAL APPLICATION FIRE-FIGHTING SYSTEM remote operated, is a system using water when fighting fires. The system is designed and installed as a local application system to cover main and auxiliary engine top, boiler front, incinerator and purifier. In many cases, the local application system extinguishes the fire and there is no need for activation of the total flooding system. The water is distributed to the protected installation by nozzles placed above the protected object/area. It is of utmost importance that the system starts immediately after the fire has occurred in order to reduce fire and heat damages. While local application system is running, the protected area is evacuated and decision made whether further steps are necessary with respect to extinguishment with e.g. portable equipment, or if the total flooding system shall be activated.

System Layout

The system is built up by the following groups of components: The selector valve register: The valve register contain distribution valves corresponding to the different protected installations. The valves are remotely operated from the main control panel centrally or from manual release boxes close to the protected object/area. The valves can also be operated manually. The distribution piping with the nozzles: From each distribution valve, the piping leads to the nozzle spread out in a grid pattern above each protected object/area. It is a dry pipe system, containing water solution only during operation. The local application system is a low pressure system, using fresh water or sea water. The nozzles are equally spaced in a grid pattern and located in such a way that the high risk objects at the protected installations are covered. The control panel: The system is operated from a main control panel centrally and from manual release boxes close to the protected object/area. Activate the system for the respective object/area that is on fire.

System Application

The Fixed Local Application Fire-Fighting System is suitable for installation on top of main and auxiliary engine, as well as for purifiers, and the burner of the incinerator and boiler. The application is to cover and protect the respective installations and surroundings from major damages due to the extreme heat produced by the fire. It will also act as a protection to human beings, staying close to the installation, due to the cooling effect.

Fire Detection Systems

Unitor Fire Detection and Fire Alarm System There is a risk of fire or explosion in all areas containing flammable substances in the form of liquids, gases, dust or materials. Where these combustible materials are mixed with air in sufficient concentration they form flammable atmospheres and the areas containing them are designated Hazardous Areas. When a source of ignition, such as a spark, is applied in a hazardous area, an explosion could take place. Electrical equipment supplied for use in Hazardous Areas must comply with requirements to ensure that its introduction into the area does not increase the existing risk. We have designed Intrinsically Safe (I.S.) systems and equipment for use in Hazardous Areas which can be connected to Fire Detection Systems installed in Safe Areas.

Inert Gas Systems

Unitor-Generon Nitrogen Membrane Inert Gas System

NITROGEN INERT GAS SYSTEM Wilhelmsen Ships Equipment has been a major supplier of Unitor-Generon Nitrogen Inert Gas System based on Hollow Fibre Membrane technology since the late 980’s. Hundreds of systems ranging from small topping up generators to large total inert gas systems have been installed onboard. A wide range of ships require a clean and dry inert gas, either for maintaining a non-explosive atmosphere in the cargo tanks, for preservation of cargo quality, and for gas carriers requiring protection of insulation. Major operators of Chemical tankers, Gas Carriers, Offshore Supply Ships and Reefers enjoy the reliability and high performance of the Nitrogen Inert Gas System. Considering IMO requirements for preventing ships against explosion within cargo tank areas by fitting Inert Gas system, the Nitrogen IGS is part of Safety offer available at Wilhelmsen Ships Equipment. Wilhelmsen Ships Equipment has a standard range of Nitrogen generators from 0 m/h to 4500+ m/h with a capability of providing Nitrogen with a purity ranging from 99,9% to 95% depend on the application and the requirements. System design for large volumes at low purities will deliver superior air recovery performance of nitrogen at high purities. Unitor Nitrogen generators provided by Wilhelmsen Ships Equipment has been proven by extensive, Class-witnessed testing which can produce nitrogen with a dew-point down to –70°C

Inert Gas Systems

Unitor-Generon Nitrogen Membrane Inert Gas System

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION: To make up a complete Membrane Inert Gas System, compressed air normally has to be provided from dedicated air compressor(s). The productivity of the membranes improves at increased pressure and a most effective membrane system will operate from 4 bar(g) air supply. The 4 bar air can be provided by normal industrial type oil lubricated screw compressors. By using compressors with modulating control the pressure can be maintained constant, independent on the air flow requirement. This air will be saturated with water and contaminated by traces of oil and particulates. A feed air treatment system is required to provide clean air free from particles and oil. This clean air will allow for a high quality nitrogen product, free of contaminates, and will ensure long life for the membrane system. The air separation system consists of parallel sets of membrane modules. The Nitrogen leaves at essentially the same pressure as the entering air. The oxygen-enriched flow is directed to permeate discharge at atmospheric pressure and is to be vented to a safe area. Down stream of the membranes, a pressure control valve is to keep the membrane system at a pre-adjusted constant pressure. This control valve is operated using the analogue signal from the oxygen analyzer(s) that will provide automatic oxygen control. Depending on the application, the nitrogen can be delivered directly to the protected space or stored in a receiver tank. A high pressure booster compressor can be included to provide nitrogen at high pressures, such as for recharging of nitrogen cylinders.

Fire and Safety Services

Wilhelmsen Ships Service works according to Your needed Standards Common for all services is Unitor’s well-documented service procedures and reports. They have been developed over the years and are now used as «the standard» in the marine world. On the following two pages you will find some examples of why we take things so seriously in order to comply with you quality and safety needs:

CO2 systems

Wilhelmsen Ships Service carries out both full inspections of the entire system and verification of the contents, in accordance with IMO Circ. 1318. Due to the physical nature of CO, the CO goes from liquid to gaseous phase at approx 7 degrees C. That means that if cylinder temperature is higher than that, manual weighing is required to get a proper verification of the contents. If you use a refrigeration unit to cool down the cylinders before an inspection, make sure that the cylinder temperature reaches below the mentioned limit. Other service companies claiming that using a Liquid Level Indicator will work in hot climates might approach you. But remember that the physical nature of CO prohibits the use of a Liquid Level Indicator if cylinder temperature is above 7 degrees. There are simply no «level» to measure. Wilhelmsen Ships Service is regarded as one of the very few companies capable of doing a proper service on CO low-pressure systems. To avoid icing problems like improper readings, blockage or restricted release possibilities, Wilhelmsen Ships Service sets the highest requirements to the CO gas and the refilling procedures. Therefore Wilhelmsen Ships Service always measures the dew point in the tank(s) and the gas itself prior to filling. This to ensure trouble-free operation in the future.

Foam concentrate tests

Foam concentrate needs to be tested at regular intervals. IMO has established a standard for testing of foam concentrate for marine use. Wilhelmsen Ships Service is following the required standard explained in IMO Circ. 1312. When you need your foam concentrate tested, make sure you get it tested to the correct standard. Foam concentrate is a complicated substance and can be destroyed easily if not Handled properly. If you are in doubt, our Foam Specialists are standing by to assist you. Simply call your nearest Customer Services and ask for the Foam Specialist.

Fire and Safety Services

Wilhelmsen Ships Service works according to Your needed Standards

Breathing air apparatuses

BA sets are used in daily operations, but might also be used in case of emergencies when there is no room for failure. Regulators and breathing valves are delicate pieces of equipment. Correct positive and negative pressure, pressure reduction and airflow are crucial for proper and safe operation. Wilhelmsen Ships Service is therefore using proper test equipment enabling us to measure the correct values set by the manufacturers. When you need your BA set inspected, make sure you get it inspected to the correct standards.

Air quality check

IMO Circ. 850 recommends annual check of the air quality from the onboard BA compressor. More and more Administrations are also adding this requirement into their own set of rules and regulations. Wilhelmsen Ships Service follows the BS EN standard 12021, measuring CO, CO, oil and water contents. This will ensure consistent testing wherever the test is performed. Make sure that your air quality checks is done according to a proper standard to ensure that; the air is safe to breathe, humidity is within limits to prevent internal cylinder and filter corrosion and regulator blockages due to icing.

Nitrogen systems

Wilhelmsen Ships Service in cooperation with sister division Wilhelmsen Ships Equipment provide full range of spare parts, system's inspections, repairs and calibrations of key components to ensure safe cargo tanks operations/inspections at any time. Highly qualified automation Service Engineers are available to make repair job starting from simple maintenance, going through troubleshooting program and ending with very complicated system calibration including PLC software verifications/modification if required. Once the capacity of Inert Gas System is critical for discharge cargo operation we serve full run test to verify parameters if they still meet initial specification (total discharge rate). Considering urgency of the matter for the ship during cargo operation at port the service is provided on short notice.

How to Order Wilhelmsen Ships Service is only a phone call away. If the system or product has been inspected by us before, we have the needed data to process your order quickly and efficient. If this is the first time this system or product is to be inspected by Wilhelmsen Ships Service, we would appreciate some basic technical information. • • • •
