Appointment of Vice President as a result of the resignation of the elected Vice President (It has been requested that bio’s and/or resumes for the nominees be provided prior to the meeting) 2013 – 2016 Mary Bakjian Outstanding Service Award Nominees Strategic Plans Required for Budget Approvals due 1/30/2017 Per Bylaws all committees must provide 4 meeting dates for 2017 by 11/2/2016 Regroup Communication Trainings Procedures for being added to our website as a resource Organizational Membership Category – Incentives, Pricing, Benefits Google Apps Suite for Association Legacy Emails Must Be Used for Assoc. Communication (Note executive positions will have two legacy emails one for national @southernca.usatf.org and one for association @scausatf.org)

New Business  Dale Campbell to present a recommendation to the board that we host the Masters National Championship in a manner similar to that of the Brea 8k $6000.00 a year for 3 years.  EO Informational Night will be hosted by the association on 2/9/2017 at the Aquarium of the Pacific. This event was approved in the 2016 budget and was postponed due to the schedule of the guest speakers a representative from USATF and Esix Global Insurance.  Employment Handbook Reports No More than 5 minutes will be allocated for each report Please submit copies of reports in writing prior to the meeting President, Vice President, Treasurer, Youth, Open, Masters, Officials, Coaches, Operations
