These​ ​options​ ​are​ ​visible​ ​when​ ​Utilities​ ​tab​ ​is​ ​clicked.​ ​Below​ ​is​ ​the​ ​reference​ ​snapshot.

Availability​ ​of​ ​Utilities​ ​tab​ ​:

Bulk​ ​Upload This​ ​is​ ​used​ ​to​ ​upload​ ​student/teacher​ ​data.​ ​There​ ​are​ ​three​ ​fields​ ​available​ ​to​ ​upload​ ​data.

1. Student​ ​Image​ ​Upload​​ ​:​ ​Used​ ​for​ ​uploading​ ​bulk​ ​student​ ​images.​ ​Mapping​ ​criterias​ ​for uploading​ ​images​ ​are​ ​roll​ ​number​ ​and​ ​enrollment​ ​number.

2. Teacher​ ​Image​ ​Upload​​ ​:​ ​Similarly​ ​we​ ​have​ ​Teacher​ ​Image​ ​Upload​ ​option​ ​to​ ​upload​ ​teacher related​ ​information.​ ​Mapping​ ​criteria​ ​for​ ​teachers​ ​are​ ​User​ ​ID​ ​or​ ​Employee​ ​ID​ ​as​ ​below​ ​:

3. Data​ ​Upload​ ​:​ ​This​ ​is​ ​used​ ​to​ ​upload​ ​bulk​ ​data​ ​related​ ​to​ ​teachers​ ​and​ ​students​ ​at​ ​a​ ​time.

Account​ ​Management It​ ​is​ ​used​ ​to​ ​manage​ ​login​ ​credentials​ ​of​ ​student/parent​ ​and​ ​teacher.

Similarly,​ ​Parent​ ​Login​ ​Management​ ​is​ ​available​ ​to​ ​manage​ ​Parent​ ​Login​ ​Credentials.

On​ ​teacher​ ​login​ ​management,​ ​Search​ ​bar​ ​is​ ​available​ ​to​ ​search​ ​teacher​ ​name.

Student​ ​Edit This​ ​tab​ ​is​ ​used​ ​to​ ​update​ ​or​ ​correct​ ​students​ ​information​ ​by​ ​selecting​ ​class​ ​and​ ​field.

Fields​ ​are​ ​available​ ​to​ ​update​ ​information​ ​on​ ​need​ ​basis.

Role​ ​Management To​ ​assign​ ​role​ ​and​ ​responsibilities​ ​to​ ​teachers. In​ ​school​ ​there​ ​are​ ​various​ ​types​ ​of​ ​responsibilities​ ​like​ ​: ● Time​ ​Table. ● Teacher​ ​Substitution 3

Common​ ​Announcement

For​ ​these​ ​responsibilities,​ ​different​ ​teachers​ ​are​ ​responsible​ ​and​ ​this​ ​is​ ​decided​ ​by​ ​school Principal/Vice​ ​Principal​ ​or​ ​other​ ​authorities.

Using​ ​the​ ​filter​ ​section​ ​you​ ​can​ ​assign​ ​roles​ ​to​ ​dedicated​ ​teachers. Communication​ ​Admin​​ ​:​ ​Responsible​ ​for​ ​sharing​ ​common​ ​communication​ ​announcements​ ​or message​ ​to​ ​entire​ ​school. Time​ ​Table​ ​Admin​​ ​:​ ​Responsible​ ​to​ ​create​ ​time​ ​table​ ​for​ ​any​ ​exam​ ​in​ ​academic​ ​year​ ​and​ ​also having​ ​rights​ ​to​ ​share​ ​with​ ​entire​ ​school​ ​related​ ​users. Note​ ​:​ ​All​ ​roles​ ​can​ ​be​ ​given​ ​to​ ​a​ ​single​ ​teacher​ ​as​ ​well.
