BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That it is hereby authorizing the Mayor to enter into a Berthing Agreement, in substantially the form attached, for a term of four (4) years, with the Tennessee Aquarium for berthing of the River Gorge Explorer. ADOPTED: /mem
