1. Introduction

Building a Business Isn't Easy,

For many years I too have struggled to present myself as an expert of anything, I was more so the generalist of everything,

I'd seen myself lose a cool million dollars of my cold hard cash, the woman of my dreams and the life that I'd worked ever so hard to for, yet I stayed true to myself, my passion and my purpose, Which was, and still is Vuente...

I know I don't want you to go through anything like that, it an experience from hell, so, we'll both succeed if we work well together...

However, we need to start with a plan, a sort of a roadmap, a living document that you can turn back to 24/7 and quickly connect to the type of support you need.

That's where Vuente's Mega Manual comes in. A master manual standardized and simplified ready for you to download and critique, support at a whole new level, support designed to help you reach your ultimate level of success.

I'm Passionate

Ultimately I'm passionate about two key areas of life as a business owner, and more importantly a business builder, that is our health and well being, or more so our mental health, and simple systems to help us grow.

If I consider as humans we all have our minds thinking what do we want, what do we need, what do we desire and what are we concerned about, it's our business systems or realistically the simplicity of our systems that allow us to achieve more by doing less.

On Purpose

My Vision for Vuente was and always will be to make it easier for a small business owner to succeed, realistically i also understand success is defined by us all in a unique way. Having built and destroyed many businesses over some 30 odd years with the pinnacle being a partnership in a high risk industry turning over close to 35 million dollars and employing over a hundred team members has taught me the power of simple non emotional communication systems. I refer that to being extreme automation, or the ability to do more by doing less.

Today as Vuente Business Solutions grow, we sell our infrastructure, our tools and training techniques on a global scale. I liken the concept to McDonalds, or any other successful franchise business model. Ultimately they sell a system or a series of systems designed to assist their franchisees a profitable business, without all the heartache and stress it takes to build something of such calibre.

Like you, we needed to build a team that supported 'my' ultimate definition of success, and that was to create a highly profitable business that could run without me, it had to be simplified to the extent that we could onboard new team members in the smoothest way possible, scale up in the most stress free way possible, and ultimately be 'sold' for as many times as possible.

Finding the RIGHT people isn't always easy, sometimes we get caught up in 'the desire' of having the right people, ultimately we 'buy' the wrong people onto our team. By 'BUY' I mean, if the value exchange is one way, ultimately someone looses out, a 'relationship' breaks down and again, someone looses out.

For this we understand today that we need to surround ourselves with like minded and values aligned people.

So, knowing I'm a generalist I also seem to have a freaky genius about me... I feel it's something like a sixth sense.

I'll expand on Simon’s Ted Talk as I explain ‘the fourth wave in the Ripple Effect of Life’ as we find our WHY, move through HOW to do our WHAT whilst presenting our WOW as well.

Emotional Intelligence

WOW, this is a whole new world to many of us, yet a completely naive area to so many more of us... let me explain that a bit more.

When I was around about 32-34 years old, I ended up having a mental melt down. It was a time in my life that I first reached the million-dollar hurdle. I had the business, the team, the tactics for success...I thought “I have had it all”… yet I was not so smart when it came to the Emotional Intelligence. It wouldn't be until some 10 years down the track that I came to learn so much more about how our minds work, that I began a further 5 -6 years of personal transformation.

We've all got different personalities, strengths and weaknesses and it's common out there to hear people talk about strengths, weaknesses and personality traits. Rarely do we explore ourselves deep enough to understand why.

Different countries have diverse cultures, with different perspectives and views on things

• You may be a perfectionist…trying to get every little thing right before moving ahead – that may stop your progress

• You may be very risk averse and try to do everything yourself because you don’t trust others to do it to your standards, without mistakes…and trying to do everything yourself will hold you back.

• You may have a high tolerance for risk and jump in feet first before doing your due-diligence, and come unstuck.

So, you need to achieve a balance in your business to move forward in a controlled manner while managing risk

If you started your business from scratch, it’s most likely that you are an expert in what you do. But chances are, you’re not an expert in every aspect of running your business that is needed, and without the breadth of expertise that is required, you may go through lots of bumps on a treacherous road full of obstacles that could be avoided.

Ideally, before designing your product or service, you have identified a gap in the market where there is a need or problem that people want to solve and are willing to pay for. Provided you are able to do it at an affordable price, the people from that market will be your ideal clients.

Your ideal client is one that your product or service will most appeal to.

They should have the problem that you can solve and are willing to pay the money for it.

Who's Your Competition

How can you grow your business if you don’t know what you are up against?

If you want to avoid competing on price in a race to the bottom, then you need to know how to position your product or service differently from everyone else, or you need to actually be able to beat them on price while still making a profit. To do that, you need to know who your competitors re and what they’re doing.

Sales Funnels & Funnel Hacking

You want to increase your sales and your prospective clients want to manage their risk. This includes establishing how reliable and trustworthy you are as a supplier. One way to build this trust and establish your reliability is to initially offer them a product or service with low risk (e.g. low cost, or higher cost with guarantee), and then to deliver on this. Once this level of trust is established, they’ll then be willing to invest at a higher level, and you can continue to offer more and more and deliver on your promises as you go…moving your clients up the ‘ascension ladder’. This is all part of the art of negotiation.

A sales funnel is process for attracting a large number of prospective clients to respond to an initial offer that you make (which can be free or of low value). It is designed to start building a relationship with them by providing value to them. As the relationship and trust builds, you then offer then successively larger value products or services.
