FLYERS – Please support us in our efforts to “go green” at Allegan Public Schools. Most of the paper flyers that were once sent home with students in their backpacks are now being posted online instead. Parents can go online and view (and print, as needed) any flyers they may be interested in from the various organizations that sponsor student programs and events. Flyers can be viewed under “Parent Links”. Please note that these events and opportunities may or may not be school-related, and in general are not endorsed by the school district.
Halloween is coming!
The Staff at West Ward urges parents to help their child to select “G” Rated costumes for our school Halloween Parade and Parties. Costumes depicting graphic violence are considered to be in poor taste and may be excluded from the parade and or party activities. If you have any questions regarding this matter, please feel free to contact Mr. Dalm at the West Ward office. The West Ward Halloween parties will be held on Tuesday, October 31st. The all school Halloween Parade will begin at 1:00 p.m. and family members are welcome to view the parade! Classroom parties will occur directly after the parade.
