เราคาดว่ากาไรสุ ทธิของ WORK ใน 2Q60 จะอยูท่ ี่ 266 ล้านบาท (+53% QoQ, +98% YoY) จากการเติบโตของ ช่อง Workpoint TV (ธุรกิจหลักของบริ ษทั ) ถึงแม้วา่ กาไร ใน 1H60 จะคิดเป็ นสัดส่ วนถึง 64% ของประมาณการกาไร ทั้งปี ของเราแล้วก็ตาม แต่เรายังคงประมาณการกาไรปี 2560-2561 เอาไว้เท่าเดิมเนื่องจากเรามองว่ากาไรมี แนวโน้มจะลดลงใน 2H60 โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิง่ ใน 4Q60 ซึ่ ง เราคาดว่าจะเป็ นระดับที่ต่าสุ ดในปี นี้ เรายังคงคาแนะนา “ซื้ อ” และขยับไปใช้ราคาเป้ าหมายกลางปี 2561 ที่ 74.00 บาท ซึ่ งยังเหลือ upside อีก 19%

Event ประมาณ 2Q60 lmpact เรตติง้ ช่ วง prime time ยังแกร่ งอยู่ในอันดับสอง จากเรตติ้งรายการทีวีของไทยช่วงเวลา 18 ชัว่ โมง (6.00 น. – 24.00 น.) ใน 2Q60 Workpoint TV ยังคงอยู่ ในอันดับสาม โดยมีเรตติ้งเฉลี่ยอยูท่ ี่ 1.48 (-2% QoQ) ขณะที่เรตติ้งของ Workpoint TV ในช่วง prime time อยูท่ ี่ 3.4 (-6% QoQ) ซึ่งยังคงอยูใ่ นอันดับสองต่อเนื่องกันเป็ นไตรมาสที่สอง ทั้งนี้เรตติ้งที่ลดลงเมื่อ เทียบกับไตรมาสก่อน เป็ นเพราะรายการซึ่งมีเรตติ้งสูงสุดของสถานี (หน้ากากนักร้อง -ซีซนั่ 1) ได้จบลง ไปในช่วงปลาย 1Q60 แต่อย่างไรก็ตามหากเทียบกับช่วงเดียวกันของปี ก่อนพบว่าเรตติ้งเฉลี่ย 18 ชัว่ โมง ของช่องเพิ่มขึ้นถึง 17% ในขณะที่เรตติ้งช่วง prime time เพิ่มขึ้นถึง 31% คาดว่ ากาไรสุ ทธิ 2Q60 จะทาสถิติสูงสุ ดของปี นี้ เราประเมินว่ารายได้ของ WORK ใน 2Q60 จะอยูท่ ี่ 1.1 พันล้านบาท (+32% YoY) โดยมีปัจจัยหลักที่ ผลักดันได้แก่ i) การเติบโตของช่อง Workpoint TV ที่เกิดจากการขายเวลาโฆษณาได้เพิ่มขึ้นจาก 72% ใน 2Q59 เป็ น 75% บวกกับอัตราค่าโฆษณาที่มีการปรับเพิ่มขึ้นถึง 32% YoY เป็ นนาทีละ 75,000 บาท และ ii) การเติบโตของธุรกิ จการจัดคอนเสิ ร์ต จากการที่บริ ษทั จัดคอนเสิ ร์ตพิเศษสาหรับแฟนๆ ของ นักร้องจากรายการหน้ากากนักร้อง ซี ซนั่ 1 ในช่วงต้นเดือนเมษายน 2560 เราคาดว่าอัตรากาไรขั้นต้นจะ เพิ่มขึ้นจาก 48.9% ใน 2Q59 เป็ น 54.1% ตามรายได้ที่เพิ่มขึ้น ในขณะที่คาดว่าค่าใช้จ่ายในการขายและ บริ หารก็จะเพิ่มขึ้น 8% YoY แต่เชื่อว่าจะชดเชยได้ดว้ ยรายได้ที่เพิ่มขึ้น ดังนั้นเราจึงคาดว่ากาไรสุ ทธิ ของ WORK ใน 2Q60 จะอยูท่ ี่ 266 ล้านบาท (+53% QoQ, +98% YoY) คงประมาณการกาไรสุ ทธิปี 2560-2561 เอาไว้ตามเดิม ถึงแม้วา่ กาไรใน 1H60 จะคิดเป็ นสัดส่ วนถึง 64% ของประมาณการกาไรทั้งปี ของเราแล้วก็ตาม แต่เรา ยังคงประมาณการกาไรปี 2560-2561 เอาไว้ตามเดิม เนื่ องจากเรามองว่ากาไรมีแนวโน้มจะลดลงใน 2H60 โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิง่ ใน 4Q60 ซึ่งเราคาดว่าจะเป็ นช่วงที่ผลประกอบการต่าสุ ดในปี นี้ เนื่ องจาก i) รายการที่มีเรตติ้งสูงสุ ด (หน้ากากนักร้อง ซีซนั่ 2) จะจบในช่วงกลาง 3Q60 ii) คาดว่าจะมีการหยุด โฆษณาทางทีวีในช่วงพระราชพิธีพระบรมศพใน 4Q60 และ iii) คาดว่า SG&A ใน 4Q60 จะเป็ น จุดสู งสุ ดของปี นี้ จากการจ่ายโบนัสพนักงาน Valuation and action เรายังคงแนะนาให้ซ้ื อ โดยได้ขยับไปใช้ราคาเป้ าหมายกลางปี 2561 ที่ 74.00 บาท ซึ่งยังมี upside อีก 19% Risks การใช้ จ่ายโฆษณาฟื้ นตัวช้ ากว่าที่คาด Key financials and valuations Revenue (Btmn) Gross Profit (Btmn) EBIT (Btmn) Net Profit (Btmn) Normalized Profit (Btmn) EPS (Bt) DPS (Bt) EPS growth (%) P/E (x) P/B (x) EV/EBITDA (x) Net debt/Equity (x) Dividend yield (%) Return on Average Equity (%)
