Key messages

Event ประมาณการ 4Q60 lmpact อัตราการขายเวลาโฆษณาที่ลดลง แต่ ค่าใช้ จ่ายขายและบริหารเพิม่ ขึน้ กดดันผลประกอบการ 4Q60 เราประเมินว่ารายได้ของ WORK ใน 4Q60 จะลดลง 43% QoQ เหลือ 660 ล้านบาท เนื่องจาก อุตสาหกรรมสื่ อโทรทัศน์ได้ชะลอตัวในเดือน ต.ค. 60 อีกทั้งเรตติ้งเฉลี่ยของช่องเวิร์คพอยท์ ทีวี ก็ลด จาก 1.36 ใน 3Q60 เหลือ 1.04 ซึ่งคาดว่าจะฉุ ดให้อตั ราการขายเวลาโฆษณาของช่องลดลงจาก 71% ใน 3Q60 เหลือแค่ 51% ในขณะที่คาดว่าอัตราค่าโฆษณาจะยังทรงตัว QoQ อยูท่ ี่ 82,000 บาท จึงคาดว่าอัตรา กาไรขั้นต้นจะลดลงจาก 60% ใน 3Q60 เหลือ 42% ในขณะที่อตั ราส่วนค่าใช้จ่ายในการขายและบริ หาร/ ยอดขาย มีแนวโน้มเพิ่มขึ้นจาก 17% ใน 3Q60 เป็ น 43% จากการจ่ายโบนัสพนักงาน ดังนั้นเราจึงคาดว่า ผลประกอบการในงวด 4Q60 WORK จะพลิกมาเป็ นขาดทุน 27 ล้านบาท จากที่มีกาไร 380 ล้านบาทใน 3Q60 แต่ก็ยงั ดีกว่าที่เคยขาดทุน 72 ล้านบาทใน 4Q59 เริ่มต้ นปี นีไ้ ด้ดี สาหรับในปี 2561 นี้ เราเชื่ อว่าแนวโน้มธุรกิจของ WORK จะสดใสขึ้นเนื่องจาก i) อุตสาหกรรมสื่ อ โทรทัศน์น่าจะฟื้ นตัวขึ้น ซึ่ งจะหนุนให้รายได้ของผูป้ ระกอบการทีวีทุกช่องดีข้ ึน รวมถึง WORK ด้วย และ ii) การปรับผังรายการของ WORK ตั้งแต่เดือน ธ.ค. 60 บวกกับการเตรี ยมผังรายการใหม่ที่รวมทั้ง รายการฟอร์ มใหญ่ และรายการกีฬาในปี 2561 เพื่อดึงจานวนผูช้ มเพิ่มขึ้น ซึ่ งรายการฟอร์ มใหญ่ในปี 2561 ได้แก่รายการ The Show และ The Rapper ในขณะที่ไฮไลท์ของรายการกีฬาปี นี้ อยูท่ ี่การแข่งขัน เอเชี่ ยนเกมส์ครั้งที่ 18 และการแข่งขันวอลเล่ยบ์ อลหญิงชิงแชมป์ โลก ทั้งนี้ WORK เริ่ มต้นปี นี้ ได้ดี โดย เรตติ้งของช่อง (6.00 น. – 00.00 น.) ในเดือน ม.ค. 60 ขยับเพิ่มจาก 1.06 ในช่วง พ.ย. – ธ.ค. 60 เป็ น 1.11 คงประมาณการกาไรสุ ทธิปี 2560-61 เอาไว้เท่ าเดิม ถ้าผลประกอบการ 4Q60 เป็ นไปตามที่เราคาด จะทาให้ประมาณการกาไรสุ ทธิ ท้งั ปี 2560 ของเรายังมี upside เพียง 1-2% ดังนั้นเราจึงยังคงประมาณการกาไรสุทธิ ปี 2560-2561 ไว้ตามเดิมที่ 885 ล้านบาท (+345% YoY) และ 1.35 พันล้านบาท (+52% YoY) ตามลาดับ โดยเราคาดว่ากาไรในปี 2561 จะเติบโต อย่างแข็งแกร่ งเนื่ องจาก i) คาดว่าอัตราการขายเวลาโฆษณาจะเพิ่มขึ้นจาก 67% ในปี 2560 เป็ น 70% และ ii) อัตราค่าโฆษณาเฉลี่ย จะปรับขึ้นจาก 76,000 บาทในปี 2560 เป็ น 85,000 บาท ทั้งนี้ WORK ตั้งเป้ า รายได้จากช่องทีวีในปี 2561 ไว้ที่ 3.8 พันล้านบาท ซึ่งปัจจุบนั มียอดจองโฆษณาแล้วราว 58% Valuation and action ถึงแม้เราจะยังคงราคาเป้ าหมายปี 2561 เอาไว้ที่ 94 บาท (อิง PER 30 เท่า) แต่เราปรับเพิ่มคาแนะนาจาก "ถือ" เป็ น "ซื้อ" เนื่ องจากแนวโน้มกาไรที่คาดว่าจะเติบโตอย่างแข็งแกร่ งในปี 2561 ขณะที่ราคาตลาดยัง มี upside จากราคาเป้ าหมายของเราอีกถึง 13.3% Risks ยอดใช้จ่ายโฆษณาฟื้ นตัวช้ากว่าที่คาดไว้ Key financials and valuations Dec-17F 3,726 1,976 1,145 885 885 2.09 1.46 338.2 40.4 9.50 20.7 (0.1) 1.7 26.2
