YCDSB Elibrary Accountability Binder To best meet copyright laws, YCDSB schools/employees accessing the Elibrary are to record the materials that they share with students in alternative format. They should also record materials that they have scanned and prepared for use by students in alternative format (if the number of pages exceeds 10% of the resource). To assist in this process, we have created the Student Scanned Material Log Form. One of these forms is to be used for each grade level of electronic resources being shared with students. When downloading this form from the Elibrary site, you will be asked to make a copy to store in your Google Drive. Please fill in all students who will be accessing that grade level's electronic resources in the form's lefthand table, and all resources being shared with these students in the form's righthand table. This form can be organized into a folder within your Google Drive that is also shared with your school Principle and/or VP. These completed forms are to be kept in your Google Drive for 2 school years in case of an audit by the Ministry, before being deleted.
