ReflexCut Sweet – Application Instructions Heat Transfer Reflective Flex Film for Cutting Plotters Remove the Protective Film

ReflexCut Sweet is a safety grade reflective polyurethane constructed film with micro glass beads on a non-sticky polyester liner / carrier. ReflexCut Sweet is very opaque while still allowing for high elasticity. Great for light or dark colored textile application. ReflexCut Sweet can be cut using a drag-knife or tangential cutting technology. ReflexCut Sweet is suitable for cotton, polyester and blended textiles. It is not suitable for nylon or coated textiles. It is wash resistant up to 140°F / 60°C.

Before Cutting, remove the protective film.

Cut in Mirror Image, Wrong Reading Cutting Conditions:  Blade: Relief angle 45° or 60°  Blade pressure, med., 80 to 110 grams of down force. Test cuts recommended  Cutting Speed: ≈20 cm/s Special Instructions:  Before cutting, remove the protective film Suitable Textiles:  Cotton, polyester & blended textiles. Heat Transferring: The plotted and weeded lettering or designs are heat pressed onto the textiles for 4 seconds at 340°F / 170°C. Remove the carrier / transfer film immediately using a hot peel and repress for 8 – 10 seconds at 340°F / 170°C. Transfer Design, Step 1.

Reflex Cut Sweet is a safety grade high quality reflective grade heat transfer film certified in accordance with EN-471:2003-Class 2.

Certificate available upon request. Garment Care: wash & dry garment inside out, machine wash & dry at low temperatures, see specification, “Wash Resistance” use mild detergents, No Chlorine, Do not dry clean Flex; Flock OK, wait 24 hours before first washing.

Store SEF Heat Transfer Materials in a cool and dry place; protect against the influence of light when stored. We recommend not to exceed a storage period of 24 months. Due to the variety of possible influences / exposure outside of our control, to include processing / use, all specifications should be viewed as reference values. We recommend a suitability test to the material before a production. Technical specifications rest on extensive tests and technical research, however, a legally binding warranty of specific characteristics and or performance cannot be provided.
