This is an advisory and an amendment to prior claims in which details were provided in electronic form only as I am without a address of residence due primarily to your efforts to cultivate an abuse case by offering money in a letter and so Sean Camp who intercepted the letter as he always received our mail first not providing a legal address to us per U.S. Postal Service requirements began the process of working for you approximately February of 2010 by I presume working with his deputies since he has several in his pocket now. 1. Investigate complaints and remedy fraud against me which includes monetary restitution. 2. Pay Edna B. Urquhart from your abuse fund as promised by letter if you believe she was abused and since you have made her feel abused (criminally) you are obligated to pay from your special funds for such purpose, until such time you decide she was not abused, a monthly minimum payment of at least four hundred dollars ($400) to cover the real cost of storing personal possessions to avoid further loss to property to be amended by your own evaluation of the destitution you caused to a 59 year old woman married to a 58 year old man. 3.The subject with the license plate number indicated created a hate crime against me and I want her arrested and deported and any assets confiscated and turned over to my wife. 4. You are obligated to inform me by this medium in response as to any legal action you are planning to carry out that detrimentally impacts my status as a free American born of California birth status who may not be unduly treated by any persons from another state or country without proper accord given to the legal rights of each according to the law venue each is properly assigned to.
