Questionnaire The questionnaire is a set of questions with a choice of answers usually framed for the purpose of interviews, surveys or statistics. In our examination question papers, by questionnaire it is intended to test the ability of the students to frame different questions to ask about a given context. Students should be aware of the structure of Wh-questions and Yes/No answer type questions. The Wh-question begins with a Question Word (QW) and the word-order is inverted as QW + Auxiliary + Subject + Verb…?. If the Question Word acts as the subject of the question, the word-order will be normal SVO as QW(subject) +(Aux) Verb+ Object…? The Yes/No answer question begins with an auxiliary verb and its word-order is Auxiliary + Subject + Verb…?
