- City of Mandaluyong through the Curriculum Implementation Division (CID) shall conduct the 2Ol7 Campus Journallsm Academy Summer Workshop tn Radto/TV Broadcastlng & Scriphmttiag, Collaboratlve hrbltshtng and Vldeo-Graphlcs Edltlng on May 22-26,2O17, 8:OOAM-4:fi)PM at the Dlvision OfIlce Conference Hall and lllghway Hlllr Integrated School IHHISI Conference Room.
2. The objectives ofthe above-mentioned program

are:
to capacitate school paper advisers and ca-mpus journalists in the art of journalistic writing; to enhance the journalistic writing skills of student-writers in collaborative publishing; to develop the communication skills of young radio broadcasters; simulate the workplace of an editorial department in a publishing house; develop camaraderie among members of the radio broadcasting and collaborative publishing teams; and come up with quality outputs as evidences of their increased competence.
3. The participants are school paper advisers and members of the Most
Promising Groups in Radio Broadcasting & Scriptwriting, Collaborative Publishing and Most Promising Video-Graphics Editors, both in English and Filipino, Elementary and Secondary levels during the First Division Battery Tests, to wit:

6. There will be no registratlon fee. However, participants are advised to bring their own food provisions during the conduct of the program.
7. Technical Working Group and school paper advisers who are involved in the conduct ofthe program shall be granted service credits provided they will not exceed 15 days in one year as stated in DepEd Order No. 53, s. 2003.
8. Expenses such
as training materials, honoraria, transportation allowance and food of speakers shall be charged to the association funds, subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and procedures.
