Information for the speakers and delegations To be distributed on 19 July 2017 Warm greetings from the secretariat of 2017 Suwon Forum on Asian Human City. We are glad to be able to invite you to the forum and looking forward to hearing your insights and city stories on sustainable urban development focusing on the nature of human value. Hereby, the forum secretariat would like to share the latest draft of session description and to notify you of the process which should be done step by step until the Forum on 25 September 2017.

1. Information for Registration and Logistics Online registration will be open to the public at the beginning of August. For the speakers and city delegations from abroad, the secretariat will be disseminating the excel form through which you can directly register to the forum. And you can request reservation of air-ticket and accommodation to our team or informed us your flight schedule booked by own your own for your stay in Suwon. Please find the attached excel form <01. Registration form for the speakers and city delegations.xls> and send it to [email protected] by 31 July 2017. The earlier we get the information the faster the booking process would be.

2. Basic information of speaker We are collecting the items below which will be printed in the program book of the forum. Please find the attachment <02. Profile and Summary> and send it back to [email protected] with completion by 31 July 2017. Since your presentation will be guiding the overall direction of the session, we request the summary of the experts’ presentation prior to city cases. 1. Official profile picture of the speaker 2. Short bio of the Mayor (max. 200 words) 3. Title and the summary of your presentation (max. 300 words)

3. Final version of presentation To make the session more active and productive, we are asking you to share the full version of your presentation by 8 September 2017. All the materials will be collected and distributed to all the speakers, panels and the moderators of each session so that everyone in the session can be fully aware of what will be discussed in the session and be prepared with the ideas. Of course, you can bring the ultimate final version of your presentation on the very day of the forum. Our team will keep you updated with the latest program and the draft of outcome document, ‘The Suwon Declaration on Human City’ so you can review the document and give us feedbacks if you have any.
