Thank you Rummagers! We had a beautiful day for our 5th Annual Community Rummage Sale in May. We only had 9 rummage sales, but we had many fellow homeowners meeting and greeting one another. There was a steady stream of new people to our community checking out our event. We had participation from all three condominium associations in our community—DAS, CCC, and MBCA.

Roofing Project Deal Made! Ten months after the hailstorm of July 2012, the insurance company finally agreed upon a deal with our preferred vendor, Domack Construction, to replace our roofs. The deal has been reached to replace all 12 roofs at just over $500,000. It will cost us $5,000 out of pocket for our insurance deductibile, making this a huge blessing to our association as we would have had to spend this money out of pocket five years from now had this storm not hit.

We will start the project on the west side and then start of the east side of the complex. The order will likely be 2567, 2571, 2575, 2579, 2551, 2547, 2543, 2539, 2535, 2531, 2523, and 2519. This is not an order written in stone. But we have had a number of leaking garages and second story on the west side. We have also had several leaky units in building 2547.

This deal means the roofing project will start this month! Notices will be placed on doors of when we will be replacing your roofs.

The contractor will do their best to alert us of what to expect for entering and leaving our homes and where to park our cars.

This project is expected to last several months. It may take a week or so per building with the weather being contin-
