Continued implementation of the F&P program and use of building-based coaches who will get support from Lesley College consultant. (B,C) Establishment of literacy blocks (A) Assess students individually using DIBELS, Rossner, Running Record, Leveled Books Assessment, F&P Reading Kit or similar assessment tool to target necessary skills. (B) Assess all students with MAP to identify growth. Focus on reading across the curriculum. (AB) Professional Development for F& P Program (C) School-wide literacy coaching.

PLAN OVERVIEW The Townshend Elementary School Action plan was developed following the Vermont State Education Guidelines. As noted, this plan incorporated our Title 1 Schoolwide Plan to ensure alignment and focus implementing our improvement process.
