CONDUCT OF SILENT AUCTION 1. Bids can be made for one, or multiple items.

2. Multiple bids can be made for a single item.

3. Reserves will apply to all items to avoid unreasonable bids being made.

4. Send an email for the item/s you wish to bid for with the Subject Line marked ‘Silent Auction Bid’ and provide your NAME PHONE NUMBER AMOUNT OF BID Remember to mark clearly the name and number of the item for which you are bidding.

5. Your email bid/s will be placed into the sealed box.

6. After bidding closes, should 2 or more bids be submitted for the same amount, each bidder will be approached by a WCF official and asked if they wish to change their bid.

7. Announcement of successful bids will be made at the Official Dinner on 4 March 2017.

8. If successful bidders are not present at the Official Dinner, they will be contacted by phone and arrangements made for the goods to be collected.

9. Payment to be made prior to goods being released.

10. Bids will be sorted by independent outside scrutineers who are not involved with the tournament.
