CALL TO ORDER
The McGehee School Board met in regular session Monday, June 27,2016 in the high school library. President Jeff Owyoung called the meeting to order at 5 :00 p.m. with the following members present: Toby Young, Judy Lattimore, William Campbell, Joe Herren, and Katie Daniel. A motion was made by William Campbell and seconded by Joe Herren to accept the consent agenda as follows:
1. Minutes: regular session May 23, 2016 2. Invoices and financial statement
3. 2015-2016 Contract Addendums (Stipends, Tutoring, etc.) 4. Fuel Bids: 2000 gallons at 1.80 59 per gallon and 500 gallons of gasol ine at $2.21 per gallon from Gresham Petroleum, May 20, 2016. 5. Bids: Elementary Library Carpet and Elementary Tile (2 Classrooms): Low bid from Lias's Floors & More, Inc. for elementary library carpet for $9,546.36 and the low bid from Paint & Lighting Plus for elementary tile (2 Classrooms) for $3,775.95. 6. Professional Service Agreements: I.) The Learning Institute: Extension of the annual contract for $30,590.00 to be paid from Title II-A funds. 2.) Catapult Learning: Annual contract for a (consultant) school improvement specialist for $39,200.00 to be paid from Title I and State Professional Development funds . 7. Bids: Substitute Employment Services Will Sub PCM! Staffing Services for the 2016-2017 school year at a daily rate of $81.90 for certified substitutes and $75.60 for classified substitutes

Motion carried 6-0. A motion was made by Judy Lattimore and seconded by William Campbell to accept the recommendation to hire the following for the 2016-2017 school year: 1.
