3.25 GPA or higher Played a varsity sport at DHS or plan to enter the field of teaching; submit a one-page statement on: 1. How the scholarship would help you attend college and 2. An instance in which you were faced with an adverse situation and how you addressed it. Both awards based upon financial need. Anticipate entering a health or human services related career; outstanding achievements in school and community activities; meaningful work experiences. 2.5 GPA or higher Demonstrated community service; submit an essay “Why would you consider joining Rotary over other clubs in your community,” GPA MUST BE BETWEEN 2.0 – 3.0 Submit a 350 word essay on “Why I want to go to college”. Letter of recommendation from DHS teacher or administrator. 3.25 GPA or higher Reached a high level of athletic achievement in at least one varsity sport; exhibit financial need; submit a one or two page essay describing how your academic and athletic experiences and why you deserve this award. Minimum of 5 science credits ACT score of 25 or higher Must be pursuing a degree in Life Sciences Two varsity sports letters (must be in different sports) 3.75 GPA or higher Enrolled in or completed AP Statistics and/or AP Calculus. Pursuing a degree in a math or science related field. 2.5 GPA or higher Enrolled or plan to enroll in an accredited Trades Program pertaining to the areas of electrical, mechanical or construction trades industries; letter of recommendation; and 150-200 words statement explaining reasons for wanting to pursue this career 3.50 GPA or higher Must have attended DeWitt High School for 3 years Minimum of 4 science credits and ACT composite of 25 or higher Must be pursuing a degree in a health science or science related field in college Enrolled in or completed at least one of Advanced Bio, Advanced Physics, Advanced Chemistry, Honors Chemistry, Honors Physics, or Research and Development Lab Involvement in at least two extracurricular activities

3.5 GPA or higher Must have attended DeWitt High School for 3 years Minimum of two business credits and an ACT composite of 25 or higher Enrolled in or completed at least one of the following: Business Management and Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Introduction to Business, Personal Finance, Accounting I or II Must be a good standing member of Business Professionals of America (BPA) Involvement in at least two extracurricular activities (athletics, music, drama, organizations/clubs, church groups, community groups, etc.) Must be pursuing a degree in a business related field in college
