*STUDENT AGREEMENT/COMMITMENT I, _______________________________, am requesting release time from Aquin to attend the CareerTec Program. I agree to the following: 1. I understand the Career Tec program takes two periods. Therefore, my elective requests at Aquin may not be available (all attempts are made to provide elective requests). 1. I understand I must register at District 145. 2. I understand I must abide by the CareerTec Handbook. 3. I understand I must abide by the Aquin dress code. 4. I understand I must sign out daily in the Student Office before leaving Aquin. 5. I understand that after I sign out, I have 20 minutes to arrive at my designated CareerTEC location. 6. I understand I must follow the CareerTec calendar. 7. I understand my CareerTec grade becomes part of my Aquin transcript and GPA. 8. I understand that if I drop my CareerTec course, I may have to reimburse District 145 for the cost.
