Achievement​ ​Gap​ ​Closure:​ ​The​ ​proficiency​ ​gap​ ​between​ ​students​ ​in​ ​Special​ ​Education​ ​and​ ​Non-Special​ ​Education​ ​on​ ​state​ ​Reading accountability​ ​tests​ ​will​ ​decrease​ ​from​ ​39.6%​ ​in​ ​2017​ ​to​ ​37.6%​​ ​in​ ​2018. Career​ ​and​ ​College​ ​Readiness:​ ​The​ ​percentage​ ​of​ ​high​ ​school​ ​11th​ ​graders​ ​who​ ​met​ ​all​ ​four​ ​ACT​ ​Benchmark​ ​Scores​ ​will​ ​increase​ ​from​ ​38%​​ ​in 2017​ ​to​ ​40%​ ​in​ ​2018. High​ ​School​ ​Graduation:​ ​The​ ​percentage​ ​of​ ​high​ ​school​ ​students​ ​on​ ​track​ ​for​ ​graduation​ ​will​ ​increase​ ​from​ ​a​ ​4-year​ ​graduation​ ​rate​ ​of​ ​81.0%​ ​in 2016​ ​to​ ​83.0%​ ​in​ ​2017.
