Contract Agreement: The purchaser agrees to purchase advertising in the yearbook for the size and price indicated above. The publication reserves the right to cancel the tribute if FULL payment and/or content are not received by the due dates as noted in the contract and/or through any form of communication. We retain the right to reject any material considered libelous or in questionable taste, and we may edit for grammar, spelling, and punctuation. A final PDF proof will be sent to the email listed above before winter break and approval MUST be made within a specific time frame; otherwise we reserve the right to print without final approval.

Submission After making a payment, SUBMIT in the contract, photos, and text TOGETHER. (1) Email It -

Content Guidelines Photos: Whenever possible, select the best quality photos. No odd/irregular shaped or collage-like photos/ images will be accepted. • Digital: Photos should be at a resolution of 300 ppi in a JPEG format. If emailing, please send them as attachments. Original photos required. NO screenshot of photos with smartphones. • O’Connor Photos: Yearbook may only request purchased digital photos on your behalf. We will need the 4-digit photo ID number tagged with the photo. • Hard Copy: We can scan hard copy, original photos. Submit these in a protective enevelope. We will return all photos during our book distribution or earlier upon request. Text: We prefer a typed message to be sent through email. Please note that we will edit the text for grammatical and/or mechanical errors. But it’s your responsibility to edit the final proof. Design: We are no longer accepting pre-designed submissions. Instead, the yearbook staff will design the tribute using the fonts, colors, and design of the current yearbook. Final Proof: A final PDF proof will be sent from
